JM Bullion not reliable

Customer service is very poor, made several calls enquiring about my order & left voice messages & sent email to them & i did not get any response from them. My bank account shows that cheque was cashed by JM Bullion but to my surprise they cancelled my order & charged me a penalty of $62. Today, I sent them proof my bank cheque cashed by JM Bullion. I will wait & see their response.
