This is my first experience with JM Bullion and I may not go back to them again.
I placed the order a week ago.My credit has been immediately charged,but so far no tracking information.
They are not responding to my emails,live chat or phone calls.Totally poor customer service and I am totally in the dark about getting my order fulfilled.
