Happy and Satisfied Customer
I made an online purchase with JM Bullion and a week later I received an automatic notification that I had received my order, which I had not. I checked online with UPS.com which showed the tracking number on the package had not yet been picked up by UPS. I called JMB Customer Service and I spoke with Kathy. She investigated the problem and called me back within 24 hours to tell me that one of the products I had ordered was not available and asked if I would like to substitute another item. I chose the items I wished to substitute and they came out to be a little over the value of my original order. Kathy gave me a customer service discount and processed my order.
Due to my busy schedule, Kathy and I played phone tag several times, but she was very committed in reaching me. Kathy sent me an email to let me know when my order was packed and ready for shipping.
Kathy is a high quality worker who is a huge asset to JMB. She went above and beyond the call of duty to apologize for delays and to accommodate me. I was surprised to receive that final email on a Sunday when the business is closed. It is very difficult to find such quality people nowadays while our society is being run by a “me generation”.
This was not my first experience with JMB and all other experiences have been A+ with no delays or inventory problems.
I worked in the retail industry for over 25 years and I recognize the challenges associated with customer service. JMB prices have always surpassed other retailers, and to add such high quality customer service makes them a leader in the industry. I will continue to use JM Bullion for my purchasing needs and I recommend JMB to others.
