Some effeminate snide named Alexander is whom I spoke with regarding an issue with my order. He was not interested in resolving the matter, couldn't wait to get me off the phone, and move on to other things not related to helping a "customer". I had recently switched from APMEX to JMBullion due to the Free Shipping, but JMBullion management & ownership can thank Alexander for my switch back to APMEX. A Positive Customer Service experience is worth paying a little extra in shipping.

sent a wire day after thanksgiving (JM Bullion closed) did not hear so called on Dec 5 spoke w a cust serv rep told will not arrive till Dec 8 then spoke to a "supervisor" named Alexander Hous who was extremely RUDE horrible customer service he told me delay was a glitch in the system as well as the no communication also told me all the banks in the country are closed day after thanksgiving
