I have utilized JM Bullion dating back to 2012. Nothing but good things to say for the company and employees. Very competitive prices. No gimmicks or hidden fees. Questions posed were answered precisely and timely. All items arrived were packaged nicely. Care and precision were clearly the intent in their packing and shipping methods. Products were to standard as advertised upon arrival.

Of my several orders only one issue. That was resolved timely. While tracking my order some time had passed. Nothing posted to my account that my payment was received. I visited the USPS web page and seen the date and time of my payment arrival. When I contacted customer service, the guy taking my call was helpful and friendly. I presented the information on the date and time of its arrival. Stating he would look into it and call me back in twenty minutes. Sure enough less than twenty minutes later he called. Promptly apologized for the mistake. Then explained the situation in detail. Then offered express shipping to make up for the mistake. Express shipping at the time with my schedule wouldn't have worked for me. Informing him to just send it like normal. Very impressed that offer was made!
My personal recommendation if you pay by check. Be patient; the world wasn't created in one day. Pay a couple dollars more and have a tracker on your envelope. Then you can tell when it was signed for. Should your payment not post in a timely manner. Research your tracker number. Have all facts ready when you call. Have fun watching your order till it arrives!
