Deposited cash systematically for bullion purchases.
Used a portion of cash balance to purchase bullion in April 2015.
Cash was withdrawn from account. Bullion was never delivered.
Withdrew remaining cash from account. Account was marked to zero due to cash withdrawal...no check was ever sent.

I had been a Bullion Direct customer for about 9 years. But to have this happen with, still, no visibility of what happened, or accountability of supposedly segregated cash accounts is a violation of basic tenets of trust, and is totally unacceptable in business.
