Good Luck Getting A Great Price
I have ordered several times from JM Bullion by paper check. They offered me to start making payments via eCheck. I filed an order by eCheck and it came back saying my bank routing number for Ally Bank could not be verified. I called and a customer service rep said that she had no idea what was wrong and I had to send the paper check.
A few days later the silver market was down and I attempted to make a buy using eCheck once again at a great price. Again the order was denied because JM Bullion could not verify the routing number for Ally Bank. I called once again and was given the run around about it being my fault (even though the operator verified the numbers I read directly from the Ally Bank website and what I was typing in for payment). I was again told to send a paper check and the issue not fixed.
I send an email to JM Bullion asking when the issue could be looked into in order to start using the eCheck system they offered to me and have been ignored for the past three days.
Not a good thing to do to a journalist who loves to write reviews JM!
Now seeking an alternative silver and gold supplier as it seems JM Bullion does not care about its systems offered to customers.
