John is an experienced pro. I placed several orders to move a small percentage of my portfolio into what is clearly the safest position. This was the first significant move I've made into physical Gold and Silver and John answered all of my questions while leading me to greater knowledge by presenting answers to questions I did not have. I feel very secure in dealing with this company.
