Just sold some of the metals I had bought from these jerks & they sent me 2 bad checks!! No way to contact them!!!

Simply not accurate...an unfortunate misunderstanding caused by his banker. We use Zero Balance accounts to protect us (and our customers) against fraud. Customer contacted Help Desk via email at 12:02pm; Help Desk referred to Accounting at 12:32pm; Accounting Dept. called customer directly within ~ an hour; issue marked closed by 2pm.
Chuck is still a (good) customer of ours!
