Tulving stole $24,437 from me by not delivering coins since Dec 29 2013

Reviewed by kp | March 06, 2014

I purchased $24,437 worth of gold coins from Tulving Company located at 750 W 17th St # A
Costa Mesa, CA 92627. I made the purchase based on information from his website ( tulving.com ) and placed a purchase order over the phone directly with the Tulving Company on 19 December 2013. I wired payment to Tulving Company on the 20th of December. Tulving Company has not delivered my order as of today, 4 March 2014.

The BBB has informed me that Tulving is out of business. Don't bother to file a complaint with BBB (I have two) and the last reply said they are out of business and they can mediate nothing. Your best bet is :

1. File an official complaint with the Orange County District Attorney (email the complaint or fax it) :
**CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORM http://www.orangecountyda.com/home/index.asp?page=117
**EMAIL IT TO : ConsumerComplaint@da.ocgov.com

2. File an online complaint with the California Dept of Business Oversight : https://dbo.secureprtportal.com/pages/dfi_ecomplaint.aspx

3. I am in the process of retaining a lawyer recommended in one of the reviews below :
