So - I had the same issue as Nick Brandy notes below. They somehow lost my order. It looks like they moved offices from Chicago to Lancaster or some such, and lost the orders in the process. They said they received my check and shredded it, which I have no idea if that is true or not. They "cancelled" my order and promised they shredded the check, but they have no cancellation request or email or anything on file. There are also issues with the website where it no longer shows my order, as well as some sort of login issue where my email is not properly associated with my account. It was all fine until I mailed my check. Repeated (5 plus) calls have led nowhere. The guys were nice - they don't SEEM dishonest. And this seems like some operations screw-up. However, knowing what is on the line, this is pretty unacceptable. Again, nice guys (seemingly), but I probably wouldn't buy again due to the issues here.

Another Issue With JM

Check somewhere?

This company is horrible. I have not received my items. Status said shipped but the USPS does not indicate that they have the items. Nobody ever replied to the email I sent support. I called and they said it will be updated in the next 24 hours but it has not. If I do not receive it in the next couple of days, I will demand a full refund. I will file an FBI complaint if this does not get refunded since the amount is fairly significant.

Items have not been recieved

After about 2 weeks from the date they processed my check I started to become concerned, so I went to their site and used the 'Contact Form' that they provide. Waited a couple of days... NO REPLY/NO RESPONSE. So I filled out another request using their site, and waited....NO REPLY/NO RESPONSE. The next day I sent in another, and waited....NO REPLY/NO RESPONSE.
So now I started calling. When you call there are about 5 different options they have..... and when you select an option all it does is ring, and ring and ring. I must have called 30 times, and the only way I got someone to answer was to use the option that says you want to place an order (and that only after trying that options many times).
The guy that answered was very nice, very apologetic and very helpful... explaining that they had been slammed and were trying to catch up.
I got my order a few days later, and it was as advertised.
THEN, about two-weeks later I received a system generated email asking me to rate their customer service. I sent back an email explaining my experience with them, but as expected, I never heard anything back.
Obviously my experience with them from a customer service point of view was not good, but maybe they were 'slammed' and maybe they will do better the next time.
I am willing to give them another try, but I am a little reluctant based on my experience.
