I ordered a St Gaudens Gold Coin graded MS63. The picture clearly showed the PCGS grading system was used on the coin I ordered. When received it was a NGC graded coin. When I expressed my concern with JM Bullion the individual was indignant. Yes, I do see why you think it should be a PCGS coin but we did put a 'disclaimer' stating it could be either. What a SCAM!! Be very careful when dealing with this bait and switch company.

I have purchased from JM Bullion on many occasions, and I have never had a problem whatsoever. Their website is easy to navigate, the free shipping is an excellent perk, and the price above spot is one of the lowest out there. I find it easier to shop with JM than going to my local coin store, where they only take cash, and their selection at times leaves a lot to be desired. I've never had a problem with choice at JM Bullion.

Have ordered several times from JM, always a satisfying buying experience. Most recently, I placed an on-line order for a tube of 40 quarter-ounce 2016 Gold Eagles on a Thursday morning. I wired the funds later that morning, my order was prepared and shipped that afternoon via UPS overnight (at no additional cost to me), and I received my mint-fresh tube of coins at lunchtime the next day. Can't beat that for promptness!

Ordering from JM Bullion has been the BEST online experience I have ever had! I ordered from them three times in the month of May. Their prices are lower than purchasing from dealers in town. Also the quality of the product is excellent! The check out process is fast and secure. Last but not least, the free shipping is superb! I read all the comments and one thing is apparent; People get sensitive when dealing with investments. There is a lot of apprehension between the time you send the check and receive the order. I recently attempted to make a purchase of a 2016 1 oz American Gold Buffalo Coin (BU) from JM Bullion. I had made several other purchases in the past and had been satisfied with their service. However, after several days, and after the price of gold had increased significantly, I received an e-mail stating, "The risk prevention measures we use to verify credit/debit card payments indicate higher-than-average risks on your order. We employ these risk prevention measures for the protection of all our customers. Your order has been cancelled and we have voided your purchase. If any funds were charged to your credit/debit card, they should be refunded within 48 hours. We suggest using a paper check or bank wire if you would like to place another order. Once you have placed a successful order via paper check or bank wire, you will then be able to charge purchases to a credit/debit card.". I thought there must be some simple explanation and that JM Bulllion would be able to resolve this quickly since my other purchases in the past had been with this same form of payment. However, this was to no avail. The rep I communicated with back-and-forth would not provide an explanation, only to state, "It was for my protection." For their protection, I'm no longer going to do business with them.

I have ordered twice now from JM. So far it has been very haslle free and easy. I like the variety of choices and the competive prices. The shipping has been enjoyable just because of the tracking info that I receive. I reccomend JM to anyone I talk to about buying silver or gold.

JM Bullion provided the kind of buying experience that I wish every eCommerce site provided. The website is straight forward, easy to use and navigate, and is well organized. I absolutely love that you can pay with Bitcoin which makes the transaction occur nearly instantaneously and without having to pay a fee to a middle man like with PayPal or a credit card. For using Bitcoin, JM Bullion waves the 4% penalty that purchasers using other forms of payment must pay. Shipping and deliver was prompt, and the packaging was discrete and secure. The products I received were exactly as described, and at 70cents/ounce over spot price for silver, I honestly don't know how they do it considering the free 2 day shipping over $100 that included insurance. I don't know how they turn a profit! My favorite thing about the buying experience is that the prices that you see on the screen are exactly the prices you pay (assuming you order more than $100 minimum to qualify for free shipping, and use a form of payment that doesn't have any penalty, i.e. Bitcoin or personal check.) The prices are dynamically adjusted to reflect up-to-date spot market prices, and they include shipping, handling, and insurance costs. Therefore, you will never find any hidden or last-minute fees or charges during the checkout process. I wish every retailer would adopt this model!

I don't buy large amounts but I have been buying from JM Bullion regularly for the past 4 months and I have never had a problem with any of my orders. Unlike some other companies the response from JM Bullion has always been very, very quick. My orders are usually shipped the day I place the order and I receive them a few days later. I like the wide variety of products they offer and their prices are always good. I intend to continue my association with JM Bullion for a long time.

JM Bullion has very competitive pricing. On top of that, their product selection is second to none. I have received every order as described within their policy pages and have always been very happy with what I ordered. I have never had a bad experience to date and they even awarded my account with "E-check" capabilities which eliminates the need to actually mail a check to their location in Texas! All orders are always shipped free and I have even had upgraded shipping on some orders! I did have questions over several orders and they were always prompt and courteous with a reply that was logical and within their stated polices! Five star rating across the board!

this company is bad times a hundred! I am a 100% serviced connected disabled vet (total and permanent). after waiting years to receive my benefits. I got a huge back pay settlement and wished to make some investments. I found this company on e-bay and they had good prices. I placed a small order to them for some silver threw ebay. I received that order fine. so I went on their web site and tried (note tried) to place a larger order. using the same address and credit card my order was canceled by them 2 days after I made it. I received no notice that my order had been cancelled at all. I checked my online banking information to see if my card had been processed prior to calling them. it had! the silver market was going nuts that morning and I told my wife that the silver we bought would be worth more than we paid before we even got it. so I called the company to see when it was going to ship.this is when I found out they (the company) canceled my order. the woman on the phone said that their fraud teem detected fraud. she said I could reorder by check an pay the higher price though. funny pay pal didn't seem to have a problem. but, they did when the market is up! I encourage everyone to not do business with this unethical company. if the price goes up you wont get your order. its in their rules. last paragraph of rule no.4 on their web site. as a vet I'm telling every vet I know don't do business with these people, and anyone else that will listen! btw mmx is wonderful bought just under $1500 of silver from them so far.

Made a substantial Silver purchase with JM. Paid with personal check and mailed on 04/19/16. Recieved order, in full, this morning 05/03/16. Just shy of 2 weeks. Packages were very discretely labeled. The UPS guy asked what was in the 3 boxes that weighed (almost 40 lbs.) so much. I smiled and said, "truck parts". Then he remarked, "Must have cost a fortune to ship overnight". Again with a smile i said, "Nope, shipping was free".
JM rocks! Don't even waste your time shopping around. Their prices are the BEST. In the past my online Silver purchases have been made through APMEX. Don't get me wrong, APMEX is another very reputable company. FYI. Before a bought/placed my final order with JM, I had two screens up side by side on my computer. Exact same order was almost $400.00 less with JM.

Recently purchased a 30g Gold 2016 Chinese Panda from JMBullion. A spectacular gold coin. Low mintage, first year as metric…what a bargain. JMB offers great support, discreet delivery and always offers their products at fair prices. They have also been bringing forth items to market first again at fair prices. Back to the coin, a serious piece of gold that has wonderful appeal. You will love it! Have made dozens of purchases from JMB and they always priced their coins and bars fairly (better than their completion in most cases).

For my first transaction with JM Bullion, part of my order was for five (5) 2015 silver maple coins. Each and every coin was scratched, not real faint ones either but ones you can feel with your finger. There is no way these coins were not cherry-picked for their terrible condition; the odds of every single coin being scratched when being "picked at random" are very very slim. I notified customer service and they just said thanks, we'll pass along your feedback. After this, I was fairly confident that I would not order from JM Bullion ever again.

After 9 months, I decided to give them another shot after receiving an email from them with some good deals. I ordered on April 1st with their new eCheck process, which they say is faster and usually ships in 1-2 business days. Ten (10) days later my order status is still showing as processing; this is now business day 6 after I placed my order. I write them an email in the morning asking what's going on, and it takes more than 24 hours to receive a call back. Apparently there was a glitch with the system and they need to take payment over the phone, ie they want me to verbally provide my checking account or credit card # over the phone. No, I don't think so. That, and they wouldn't honor the cash discount if I used credit card so I didn't have to wait even longer for the check to process. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will never ever do business with JM Bullion again. Fool me once....

I have had many transactions with Provident, Monarch, APMEX, Yeager, and many other online and eBay retailers and have never had an issue like this. Their customer service is terrible to boot, no one apologized for the error or wanted to make things right. Several people I talked to could barely string together an intelligent sentence.

Coincidentally, the spot price was the lowest in months ($14.96) when I purchased and now it is at $16.23. Not sure if this is the reason for the "glitch" but it seems highly suspect to me.

DO NOT TRUST JM BULLION! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

JMB is by any comparison the best dealer of gold and silver bullion in the marketplace. I can say that because I've place 47 bullion orders in the last 15 months and 43 of them have been through JM Bullion. JMB almost always has the best prices. (If they don't have the best price, it will be on one single coin that another dealer is using as a loss leader.) They always have the speediest delivery, always have free shipping on orders of $100+, the product is always as advertised and always have great customer service. On the one time I had a delivery problem (caused by a USPS carrier) JMB took care of it post haste. If you want to make life easy for yourself, just buy all of your bullion from JM Bullion and dispense with the work and worry of wondering if you got the best deal. If you bought from JMB you did.

I just received my maple leafs. they are outstanding. I have now completed 18 orders, some big, some small. every transaction goes off as advertised. No problems. Merchandise is always of 1st rate quality, with quick delivery. I especially like the new e-check option. I look no further than JM for my precious metal needs.

As the title states this was my first time ever buying silver. I did my research and investigated several other popular bullion selling websites before deciding to purchase from JM Bullion. I bought 10 of their 1oz Sunshine Morgan Silver Rounds. These rounds happened to be on sale for a very low premium. My order was shipped on the 28th of March with an expected arrival date of March 31st. I was pleasantly surprised to see them arrive on the 30th. The packaging was expertly done and discrete. The 10 rounds I ordered should have come in flip plastic sheets but was instead packaged in a 20 coin roll which was awesome. The 10 coins in the 20 coin tube was a nice freebie which I don't expect every time but was appreciated. The space left over inside the tube was stuffed with packing peanuts to prevent the coins being scuffed while in transit. I couldn't have been more pleased. I love the fact that JM Bullion has a sale every Monday that lasts all week. I know I'll be checking in every Monday to see what they offer at a discounted price. Their website is excellent and I could check the "My Account" page to see my tracking number on the package and watch it as it moved from place to place. This was my first ever silver purchase and I am 100% sure it will not be my last from JM Bullion!

I have placed at least a half of dozen orders through JM Bullion. It's easy, direct and you know exactly what your getting and the price that will be charged. Delivery has always been fast. I've used Fed wires, credit cards and here recently Echecks....it's always a great experience. Other places advertise cheap prices but they are never any cheaper than JM Bullion.

I was very pleased. I found it easy to find the types of gold that I wanted to purchase, to calculate the fees relative to the market cost of the bullion I was buying, and I found the fees to be quite reasonable. It was easy to buy the bullion that I wanted and I was surprised when it arrived even sooner than I had expected it. Good service, easy to read product descriptions, quick and accurate delivery, low fees, a large selection of the types of bullion that I am interested in. I have looked at many of the online bullion sales websites and I chose JM Bullion because it offered what I wanted at a good price and didn't require me to listen to a sales pitch from an "expert" if I didn't want to.
