This was my third order in less than two months. I love JM bullion!! Great prices..... Great product...... Super fast shipping....

I ordered a set of stamped silver products (coins, bars, bullets) on December 23, 2015, after close of business. The products were shipped on the 24th and arrived on December 26th. I couldn't ask for better USPS service, even if it had taken 2-3 more days to arrive.

Products were in good condition, packaging was excellent.

I could not be home for the delivery and UPS said the shipper would not allow me to redirect the shipment to a UPS store. So I will have to make that special request on my next order.

I like that they take pay-pal I just wish the premium wasn't as high as it is for paying with pay-pal. I've tried to find some deals on Ebay but for the most part the prices for silver on there are insane. I always check the monday specials and will purchase more in the future. Shipping was fast my order arrived well wrapped.

I did my first 3 silver purchases from JM Bullion and I was extremely please with my experience. All the coins and rounds were BU and the packaging was excellent. The shipping was fast even being around the Christmas time. I have made 3 purchases and I will definitely order again from JM Bullion.

I live in KY, a state that charges sales tax on silver and gold purchases made locally….mix that with the shops high premium prices and they simply can’t compete with the low prices, quality, FREE SHIPPING and no sales tax of JM Bullion. Shipping is fast and the service is second to none.

I will be doing many more future purchases from JM Bullion!

Excellent products and packaging! I have purchased repeatedly and plan on continuing to do the same! The one reservation is the length of time for the processing and shipping. From the time I order and send the check, it takes three weeks before delivery. Let's chalk this up to delayed gratification!

Love the bars you guys are the best

I am a small time PM collector and love sunshine silver. JM bullion has some of the best prices, plus free shipping. for someone who can only get 10-20 oz at a time, this is a great company to get the most silver for your $. I always watch their sales page for great buys with much of my orders being silver at 89c-just $1 over spot. this is a price you cant beat. every one of my orders has been clearly double verified and very well packaged. I am not sure I would trust anyone else, because with JM, I know what I am getting is real, its quality silver, and you cant beat the customer service! likely , all future orders will be through JM. so far I have gotten from them 1 oz sunshine bars, 5 oz sunshine, 10 oz sunshine, 1 oz kookaburras, and some new Zealand sea turtles.

Solving a small bump in the road in a professional, caring team. Won't go into great detail but Supervisor Sharon and an unidentified customer service rep was great. I've done business with JMB for a long time and will continue. I'm not a big time PM buyer, just average guy but I'm treated like I actually count.

VERY easy process, everything done right from my office and I received my order the following business day. Pricing is also excellent, much easier to do business with vs. my local gold wholesale dealer, who has some archaic payment terms and a week delay when ordering. This is my third order from JM Bullion. I had ordered from three other companies before I tried JM Bullion. I will never order from anyone else but JM Bullion. The worst experience was with Golden Eagle coins, there shipment was extremely slow and when I called customer service I was told that I was not the only customer they had and problems happened. Well they don't have to worry about me calling them again, I will not do business with them again. I have had excellent results with JM Bullion. This last order was a little slower on shipping that the first two but I am extremely satisfied with JM Bullion.

What else can you ask for? My experience with JM Bullion is that they are company that actually does what they say they will do. Have been conducting business with JM Bullion for the past 6 or so months and have had very pleasurable experiences. I really appreciate the option of free shipping or express shipping at a nominal charge. Moreover, I enjoy the latitude of using PayPal as an increased level of security for credit card or bank account transactions. I placed a small order on Oct 31 and mailed in a check same day. On 11/8 I received an E-mail from them saying my order would be shipped that day. The info on their website said my order was shipped on 11/9. However this was not confirmed by USPS tracking data.

I called JM Bullion on 11/13 to ask status. They said my order was not shipped yet but would be shipped soon. They did not explain the reason for the delay and did not offer to ship overnight at no cost to me as they should

Golden Eagle Coins in Maryland is far superior to JM Bullion.
