Plus, Midwest had lowest price, by far. The big name firm quotes (the guys with the TV ads) were way high, they offered reduced quotes when they realized I was going to hang up. My view is you get one shot, then I move on, because they then established they can not be trusted to offer a fair price.

My bank provided MidWest Bullion with the funds for my purchase on June 7, 2017, but the item I purchased was not shipped until June 16, 2017. I sent an email asking about my item but it was never answered. After the item was finally delivered I received an email with a tracking number. A little late, I'd say.

I have used MBE several times and have never had a problem with my order.

I was very pleased with my dealings with Midwest Bullion Exchange. I did not feel rushed on the phone with the representative and felt free to ask any questions. After i placed my order I immediately got an email confirming my order and another confirming my wire transfer. Three days later I received exactly what I ordered exactly when they said I would receive it. I am very pleased and will continue to use Midwest Bullion Exchange. I am very pleased.

I have made two orders with Midwest Bullion. The first I paid by check and snail mail and my purchase took about a month. I did get the purchase as agreed. The second I paid with a bank transfer and that transaction took about a week.
I did a rather lengthy internet search before buying with Midwest Bullion and found they offered the same product at a better price with free shipping! I will buy from them again.

Best company I have ever dealt with. I had a 'NANNY" problem with my bank. They would not wire the money to MBE for my order because they were afraid I was making a mistake. After ripping them a new one, I transferred the money to another bank who wired the money. Thru this whole mess Scott bent all the rules he could to help us out.

I've made 10 orders with MBE and I'm satisfied with everyone of them. Every order was shipped promptly upon receipt of cleared funds. I've both wired money and sent checks. When money was wired, shipment was that night or the next day. When I've sent checks, it was typically 7 days to shipment. I can't be happier. I've lost money or had frustration with other dealers online. It's not worth it to go somewhere else! What's the point of saving a buck with someone else only to have issues or not get your order at all? They have great prices anyway! So you're not paying any type of premium over others, so stop looking. I saw one review that they had a couple emails unanswered. I've had all my emails answered, but sometimes it took a couple days, but I got my order on time and that's the most important. I figure they are pretty busy sometimes filling orders and make that a priority over getting to email right away, but what would you rather have? A Prompt response or prompt order fulfillment? Don't be scared if they don't answer your email right away because they're busy filling your order. Thanks Scott for being one of the very few honest people in this business. BTW, I never write reviews. The reason I'm doing this is because I've been "had" before as many others have and people need to know that MBE is a rare find in the industry.

I have been very impressed by the service received from Midwest Bullion Exchange. I placed the
order, sent a check, 12 days later I received what I ordered.
I had placed the order for the same items with another dealer and waited through several delays in shipping. After 4 months, my order was still in an indefinite delay status. I opted to cancel the order in favor of a full refund of the purchase price.
Only glitch in the experience was delivery of my check to MBE. The address on the checkout form was for their account at Wells Fargo Bank. When I called to see if my check had cleared I talked with Scot. He had not seen my check, asked me where I sent it, told me he'd call back in a few minutes. He trackedt down the check and it had been deposited in their account. Scot was very friendly and seemed to be very eager to resolve the issue, which actually turned out to be no issue at all.
I rated them 4 stars in Customer Service category because I had left email messages with questions twice and never received an answer. Don't know if they just don't bother checking their in box or what, but I never received a reply. (Maybe Scot will see this and start checking).
I'll never buy from the other company I was doing business with again. Don't know if/when I'll ever be in the PM market again, but if I do buy more I'll absolutely, with no reservations, give these guys a shot at it again.

I have made three purchases from MBE over the past 8 months and I'm completely satisfied with their service, dependability, and shipping. Two purchases were made by check and one by wire transfer. When I have a question about order status, I call, and I have always found their staff helpful (usually I talk to Scott Hage). Scott takes a personal interest in keeping his customers happy. My order was on backlog from THE MINT -- no fault of MBE's. Scott Hage -- the "Big Man" of the company -- called me to let me know this, and was more than willing to change my order. I wasn't in a hurry, so I let it stand. Now here's the best part: when my order did arrive, it showed up at HIS office, not my home -- again, no fault of his. Even though he had been sick the past few days, he called me and offered to personally deliver it to my home! (We live near each other.) I bought a couple of bags of mixed junk silver. At the time I ordered I was told that shipping times were about 10 days (since junk silver was in high demand). After 8 days, Scott (from Midwest) called and apologized for the delay, saying that he was having trouble getting the bags from his wholesaler.

After another few days Scott called me again and said that if I wanted dimes (an upgrade from what I ordered) he could ship the next day, which he did.

All in all, Midwest was great to deal with. They were very up front about shipping times, and were more than willing to work with me to get me my product.

Scott called and explained that he didn't ship over the weekend for safety reasons and that it would go out monday and I would recieve another e-mail with the tracking numbers by 9pm. as a first time buyer with him, and a considerable amount of cash, I was at the keyboard at 9 waiting. just as he said, the e-mail came at nine with the ups tracking #'s. By the time I checked with ups it was already in the air. came tues am, just like promised, packaging was flawless, goods in great condition and everything as ordered. If you are leery about buying onlone and from someone you do not know, give Scott a try, you won't be disapointed. I'm ordering again next week, can't order today because we are leaving for a few days and he ships to fast!!

I was going to order online but then had a question so I called. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable and took care of my issue and then also gave me completely free shipping on the order. The order came fast and I received email updates almost every day letting me know where the order was in transit.

I'm very cost conscious (cheap) so price is a must but I want service like I'm a big tipper. MBE's prices were extremely competitive, Scott, the man I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable and the shipping was very fast. All around a perfect buying experience.

At first I was a little nervous about buying gold online so I did my research as best I could and I spoke with a number of companies. I decided to buy some 1 oz American Eagles and wired the money to get the best deal. The follow up I got was amazing. It was packaged discretely, which I appreciated, and the coins were beautifully packaged and obviously were in mint and untouched condition in their containers.

I've been buying gold as I can for a few years and am always looking for the best price and the best service. My most recent purchase was for a little over $65k worth of coins from Midwest Bullion. The gentleman on the phone was most helpful and courteous. He didn't try to upsell me and seemed genuinely interested in my needs. I had shopped around to some of the better known sites and Midwest's price was better... not by a lot but it was enough to make a difference. The coins were shipped FAST... faster than any other company I've used. I couldn't be happier and can recommend them highly and will.

I don't know where these yoyo's saying they're too expensive come from but my bet is they are competitors or something because these folks are the best.

My husband and I decided it was time to consider investing in precious metals. We started researching different company`s online and checking their credentials.
