SGC Gold Coin and Rare Coin Dealers

Well I am also out 10 ozs of gold for the last 2.5 months also heard about the accident, and just going to pick up my gold and no I can't ship it all at once, and a bunch of other reasons I don't have my gold yet.I just hope I have not been duped. I will never make any money with that kind of lose before I even get started.I'm not sure if I go to the law now or wait a bit longer

My comments echo those of others here on this board. I ordered several hundred oz of silver over 4 months ago. I had to send repeated emails to get Richard Oliver to acknowledge. Finally I did receive half the order a few weeks ago but still waiting on the other half. His latest excuse was that he was in a car accident which is why he could not send the balance of the order, but he would send immediately. That was over a month ago!

Those of us affected by this horrible experience should ensure that he does not scam new customers at this catalytic converter business. I hope that the BBB makes this shady character known out there.

Had to hire Victoria lawyer who wrote demand letter.Received my order months late. He is starting a new business-SGC catalytic converters in Nanaimo,B.C. Believe he goy caught in th MF global situation and was short of cash to fill orders. Said he forgot ! One man operation that was not very profitable for him. Suggest you call him at his new business. If that fails - call Valerie Le Blanc at Velletta legal office in Victoria 250-383-9104.Good lawyer with fast result and reasonable fee. Good luck!!!!!!

i have dealt with oliver 3 times.like other buyers he would not return calls .you would order and he would say he had the product at his feet but then it would take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery after calling 3 times a week and being told another lie that it would be sent in a few days.on the last purchase i ordered 60 buffalo silver coins,and after 8 weeks i received 40 walking liberty and 20 panda reproduction.when i finally got hold of him he told me that i said to him that i did not care what he was sending me,which was totally false.then he changed is story saying that i kept bugging him so he figured he would sent me anything to shut me up.never again, very unprofessiona,dihonest man,.i do not know how he can stay in business operating in such manner.not worth the little bit of savings. i deal with silvergold bull from alberta .excellent service and fair prices

Suisse Gold Corporation is NOT listed as a Corporation in either Canada or Washington state. He also does not have the required city business licenses in Nanaimo BC Canada and Blaine Washington.
He had 1/4 my order shipped from the Mint and has not even ordered the other 3/4 from them. The mint insists there is no shortage of Silver and the mint turn around is just a few days.
If anyone has any good ideas let us know.

[EDIT] Jan 21 2012. I have turned my case over to the Better Business Bureau of Vancouver Island. They helped to resolve two cases in the 4th qt of last yr. They send the complaint to Suisse and then Suisse has 30 days to respond. That is all I know so far.

Pathetic service from this con under the alleged name of Richard Oliver. 
I've been calling, sending emails by the bucket load, even texting his mobile to follow up on a small order of one coin!
And not a single beep from him?

 Can you f* believe this?!! For one gold eagle to take 9 long weeks and still no delivery? Yesterday I called from my mobile 6 times he didn't pick up. Then called from my office number (which he doesn't have saved on his 'ignore' list apparently) he picks up in no time and goes: Swiss Gold Corporation how may I help you!! :(((

Guys I really need Some advice here. Should I proceed with legal charges? I asked for refund he goes: you'll lose money and I don't want you to lose any! How can you trust this crooked liar anymore?

Avoid at all costs!!! And please advise me on what should I  do next.

I ordered once a while ago, same story, out of stock, back order, will be shipped tomorrow and two or three months later still not shipped.

Wound Not Recommend Suisse Gold Corp / SGC

I agree with the previous reviewer- avoid Suisse Gold Corp. This is a shady coin merchant and unfortunately the owner, Richard Oliver, is untrustworthy. He sells coins and then substitutes other coins based on whatever he has in stock. When challenged about this directly, he told me 'It's all bullion, what's the problem?'

The problem is that he is committing fraud. Search online and you will find other dissatisfied customers who have been duped in various ways by Suisse Gold Corp.

RRichard shipped out my order with signature confirmation rather than via registered mail. This is just plain amateurish, and NO other reputable coin merchant ships signature confirmation. If there is a problem with the delivery, you will be SOL trying to get your money back.

Save yourself headaches and disappointment, don't buy gold coins from Suisse Gold Corp.

Richard will tell you that he has the product on hand(at his feet) and available and will be shipped immediately-do not for the life of your-self,believe it.
He also lied to me about the product and sent something different.
He will keep your money,as if it is no concern to you whatsoever...then promise you that he will not retire on your funds that he has recieved and your just supposed to be trustfull because he says so.
He will also be the first to offer a refund when your undelivered product has turned a profit and has not even been sent-i doubt very much this same offer applies when your product has lost money from his unfullfilled promises of fast and efficient delivery.
Deciept and lies on availability,delivery and the product(what you think you getting, compared to what you actually get),are how these people work at the customer's expence.
People are far better off to pay a bit more at a more reputable dealer that can and will deliver as promised with no lies or deciept,as this corporation has failed to do so on my past three orders.

Richard called(silver was very high),said he had a product at his feet and that he was only giving a,'few' people this exclusive offer.
The coins were,'2011',walking liberty's laying(he said) at his feet and could be sent immediately,being the sucker i was,i bought them. I told him i was counting on immediate delivery and he promised they would be.
I waited almost 2 months

I had a portion of the product pre-sold at a higher price,if i had recieved immediate delivery as was promised and guaranteed.
The product was not the year that was promised,but instead ,'2008', which is not the product i had ordered and presold,or that i was lead to believe i was buying.
If you want to be forced on anti-anxiety meds,then dealing with this dealer is the way to go about it.
He will not answer e-mails when you are concerned about your order,will not return phone calls which will leave you in a state of worry, doubt and panic.
He is only concerned about getting your money and will promise what-ever he has to -then when it comes to him holding his word,forget it.
False promises and lies are about the only thing he can guarantee.
- anyone who believes him is sadly mistaken.
Be prepared to lose money while waiting enormous amounts of time for your order while being ignored with no explanation as to whats going on with your purchase or when or if it will be delivered.
i would NOT recommend purchasing any orders with this dealer where your mental health will be put at risk with the anxiety involved
When you are ready to call the police or at your wits end because of whats going on-then magically your order will be shipped.
