**UPDATE FROM JM BULLION**
There has been a recent spike in negative reviews about our company and we wanted to take some time to address it. In an effort to greatly enhance our shipping process and inventory capabilities, we recently relocated our distribution center, and unfortunately the transition did not go nearly as smoothly as planned. Several compounded issues led to delays in shipments and poor product packaging with certain orders, which also led to increased response times with our Customer Service team. Despite these initial hiccups, we are confident the issues are now behind us and we are extremely excited as we will soon provide quicker and more efficient order processing than ever.
