This is the same way tulving started before they went bankrupt

All you need to do is research the end months of tulving before they shafted people out of 50 million, and you will see the same pattern of delays and excuses. When u order from this joke of a company you don't find out until after you pay that you won't get your goods for 4 to 6 months if your lucky. Then u will get more excuses, sounds like they on their way to the same path as tulving

I have purchased from Bullion Direct and had no issues. NWTM take over 4 months to deliver. Hog Wash excellent, Service Zero

I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. But they have such a nice Web Page that it
appeared to be a legitimate Company when they just want to use your money for free for four months.

I have purchased silver bullion from Northwest Territorial Mint for several years with no problems whatsoever. Recently a purchase seemed overdue. I checked the website and the purchase status was 'pending.' The next morning as soon as the office opened I called and talked to a woman. I explained my problem. She apologized for the inconvenience, said she would pass the information to her manager and that someone would get back to me. Later that day I received an email stating that a shipment from Northwest Territorial Mint was on its way. The next morning I received a call from customer service. She too, apologized for the inconvenience. My order had fallen into a crack in the delivery system (my words not hers.) She said the order had been shipped and thanked me for my business. Two hours later my bullion order was delivered to my door.
Problem acknowledged, problem resolved in 24 hours with no questions asked. As far as I am concerned, that is excellent customer service! Northwest Territorial Mint will continue to be my only source of silver bullion.

Yes, shipping is slow. But think...you are getting an investment. You paid an agreed upon price and the value will go up or down from that time regardless to it being in your possession. What are you worried about? Not being able to play with it like a toy? Chances are you will put it in a vault or bury it In the back yard so what is the real problem? Good People, Good Quality

I liked working with NWTM. The website promised delivery in three months. On the last day they sent me an e-mail that the delivery was delayed up to 30 more days. I didn't like that at all and it made me nervous, but the product was shipped on the 30th day via FedEx truck which took 4 days to get from Nevada to Michigan. The silver bars are beautiful. Ordered October 2013, order delayed twice without any willingness to release funds, and without any apology in the least when they were unable to complete the order in a timely manner. I guess these folks like getting free consumer loans from people dumb enough to order without reading the reviews, like I did.

Order received a few days ago, the 50oz of silver bullets look poor/used/abused, bullets are scratched, nicked, unevenly stamped. So no, I didn't receive what I ordered, I didn't order 50 ounces, and wait months for second-hands silver rounds that look as if someone was skating on them across a concrete floor, then throwing them at a wall, then not giving a damn how they are packed. Unless you like excessive drama in your world, avoid northwest territorial mint at all costs. An awful experience that only cost me $1200, so glad I decided to only order a minute portion of what I intended to as a probation of sorts, best move I made in recent history. My condolences to those who dropped five figures or higher expecting quality product and customer service.

But don't worry, this epic waste of time and money isn't the only business selling silver poured into ammo shapes, I found a place that does it better, faster, cheaper, that are actually apologetic and willing to refund if there's a delay. But to prevent NorthWest FailTrain complaining about this complaint I can't drop the name of the vendor here - good luck finding them, search places that have online auctions and you'll see NorthWest FailTrain's competition's products, and they are leaps and bounds better than the trash NorthWest FailTrain uses to rip-off victi... er sell to customers after MONTHS of last-minute delays.

Avoid, avoid, avoid, if these con artists are the last metal pushers in town to have a product, you can either wait for reputable vendors to restock, or wait four times as long for NWT to ship what they supposedly have in stock. You can heed the handful of five-star planted reviews (from people paid to give glowing/fake reviews), or trust the majority of the reviews written by northwest territorial mint's victims... er customers.

I already paid for the lesson all, it only cost me $1200 for a $1000 worth of damaged/used "new" silver to realize these folks are only out there to meet their own ends, and nuts to the consumer. You don't need to pay for a craptastic experience like this, take your business elsewhere, you'll be better for it.

Provident Metals, JM Bullion, even Apmex but never NWTM. The lead times and policies are ridiculous. From what I found online, they were sued in 2008 for exactly this same shipping delay/extension tactics and lost but it has clearly not changed the way they operate. Read the other reviews. If only I knew then what I know now......

Northwest Mint scam

I ordered silver bullion back in 09/2013 and its now 12/23/2013. They say in there terms and conditions that it can take 2 to 3 months and they hide it in the legal verbiage. What a scam, they hold my money for over 4 months and still haven't received my order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT WILL TAKE FOREVER TO GET YOUR ORDER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 3 months waiting for my shipment when I called on the last day of promised shipment I have spoken to Kim who already knew that my shipment is going to be delayed for another 30 days. I was told that due to large number of orders my shipment is going to be delayed as described in purchase contract. I was told that state attorney has prepared that contract. Anyone that has same experience please call state attorney to inform about this scam procedure. Maybe class action for purposeful delaying shipment maybe the right action.

I feel stupid. I should have heeded the over 1000 warnings against NWTM. The reviews are overwhelmingly negative. It isn't 5 or 10% negative. There are over 800 negative reviews! Almost all are nearly all the same. This is the short of it. The business model of this company functions by taking and holding Your funds for as long as is legally permissible. They always lie and give a ship date and then consistently extend to the last possible day in order to collect the interest on all the deposits they are holding from ordinary people. It looks like they do have product and will Probably eventually ship, after they have exhausted the interest and watched the market for a quarter. Another Person scammed by NWTM

I feel stupid. I should have heeded the over 1000 warnings against NWTM. The reviews are overwhelmingly negative. It isn't 5 or 10% negative. There are over 800 negative reviews! Almost all are nearly all the same. This is the short of it. The business model of this company functions by taking and holding Your funds for as long as is legally permissible. They always lie and give a ship date and then consistently extend to the last possible day in order to collect the interest on all the deposits they are holding from ordinary people. It looks like they do have product and will Probably eventually ship, after they have exhausted the interest and watched the market for a quarter. Not trusting them one iota, I'm following up with an email to Kim summarizing our conversation & agreement. Just seems funny that the Storefront could have it's own schedule in the first place. And they don't, of course. But whatever. I'm giving them 3 stars for both Shipping Time & Customer Service instead of 1 or 2 because when caught, they made right. Believe it, there are even bigger assbites out there. (Not that I'll allow NWT Mint to become one.)

Nonetheless, they'll get at least 2 phonecalls from me between now & "the end of next week," checking on my order's status, & they'll know my intent to see that they keep their promises. An earlier entry has an excellent point: They're getting the interest-free use of our monies. This, & they're slipping bigger orders in ahead, which gives them an extended period in which to have that interest-free use. Then, to top it off, after deliberately running an operation where they're way less than honest with buyers, they have the nerve to be less than friendly.

This is Wed. eve, Dec.4. I'll report back on how it goes from here.

How I turned the 30-day Delay into 7 days, max

Just say NO NO NO

If I could give a zero I would. The longest I've ever waited was 2 weeks. This was 4 months to the day. They couldn't have gone any longer. They borrow your money interest free. Once they get your Credit card you can't beck out without a charge. You're stuck. Don't give your credit card number and see how far you get. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I don't know If I received what I ordered until I have the coins checked by a professional. I don't trust them.

Would not recommend

I really hope that by sharing my negative experience that it will help to prevent someone else from getting suckered as I did. I have not received my order and I will not order from NWTM again and I really can't recommend anyone else does either!

Order Not Received...Still Waiting

I have had numerous experiences with Northwest Territorial Mint

I believe in cash.
I checked with them about this.

Was told the following:

If they had the product, and I had the cash for the product, they would deliver the product across the counter, upon receiving the cash price.

They were not used to large cash transactions at the time of my largest purchase--in the eight thousand range--a few years ago, and had to hand count the 100 dollar bills.

This was done several times to verify the totals.

They produced the product desired on each occasion.
I inspected these at time of purchase.
Each time they were courteous, knowledgeable and to the point.
They answered every question I asked and did not give me the impression they were scammers in the least.
Reading the reviews here is an eye opener.
Some buyers think that checks and credit cards are the same as US currency.
They aren't.
As far as I am able to tell, no one has lost any money with them, but they have lost time, worn their patience out, and if truth be told, indicated just what happens to the inexperienced and innocent in this world.

Funny, how life teaches these lessons, eh?

I have had numerous experiences with Northwest Territorial Mint

I believe in cash.
I checked with them about this.

Was told the following:

I've been using them for many years now and always have had a good experience. If they communicate terms to me and they do, then I either accept those terms and wait for my stuff to arrive or if I don't like the terms then I can choose to use someone else.

I like the fact that I can resell back to them which makes it really easy and painless. The people have never been rude to me or my wife and we've both engaged in several dozen transactions with them recently and in the past.

My take is that if you get the stuff you paid for and they've communicated the terms to you then there is no reason to get upset. The product is far superior to any other that I've seen and I would gladly buy again from them. If I want something tomorrow and dont want to pay for shipping, well, let me know when you find a place that does that.

My check cleared on November 5 2012, I mad a huge purchase and still have not got it. All I've got was bunch of excuses and bogus promises that package will be shipped.

The COMPANY USES PEOPLES MONEY, and may ship order on the last date possible which is 4 month after check is cleared, or if they don't have it in stock you will have to fight for refund and when you got the refund back you basically loaned a lot of money with NO INTEREST.

I am very disappointing with such service.

The company is trying lure people in with slightly reduced prices, but you might never see your order.

STAY AWAY FROM NWT MINT

My check cleared on November 5 2012, I mad a huge purchase and still have not got it. All I've got was bunch of excuses and bogus promises that package will be shipped.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bottom line is I gave them a $50,000 dollar loan interest free for 4 months. My experience lines up with the other negative reviews of Northwest Territorial Mint. There are better companies out there, avoid this one!!

In the mean time I found Provident Metals who are cheaper and much faster. I have ordered 2 monster boxes and 2 separate junk silver order from Provident and received them all the while still waiting for my NWT Mint order.

I was new to bullion investing and should have read these reviews first. NW Mint's scam is to use your money as long as possible before shipping the product. The kicker is they are certainly not cheaper prices either.

Total Scam!

I order 100 ounces of silver from NWT Mint back in November and am still waiting to receive my order.

In the mean time I found Provident Metals who are cheaper and much faster. I have ordered 2 monster boxes and 2 separate junk silver order from Provident and received them all the while still waiting for my NWT Mint order.

Ordered Silver Eagles, waited 15weeks, finally was shipped some rounds, NOT Ragles.. Rep advised they would send FedEx to pickup rounds then ship Eagles, Rounds picked up, Eagles arrived 5weeks later.. Unfortunate that there is not a -5 star rating..

I ordered 3 times. Horrible service! 3-4 months to get my order! Said I could cancel my last order if not shipped by Jan. 7. Received no e-mail showing shipment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY , you will be throwing your money away and dealing with a very bad company that will not stand behind its products and will not help you out with any problem . i have submitted a complaint with the better business bureau and my next step is the FBI if the bar turns out to be not pure silver as it should be

Smelly

Waited 4 months no silver
