Don't buy from them! I ordered an item that was in high-demand and paid in full. They waited a full day and then canceled my order without notice. Of course, all similar versions of the item had since become out-of-stock.

Plenty of shady dealers will cancel orders if they oversell, or if they want to pull stock to sell at a higher price later. I don't know for which exact reason they weaseled out of our deal, but I do know that Silver.com cannot be trusted.

Don't buy from weasels, they'll always figure out a way to screw you over. Only deal with straight-shooters, and Silver.com is anything but.

This is my 3rd transaction over the years and orders have always been easy, accurate and timely. Have recommended to others and will continue to do so.

I looked around during the pandemic, and could not find a site that would allow purchase of metals with less than $500 or $1,000 minimum purchase. NOT everyone is buying thousands of dollars of metals at once. I am one of those that buys a bit at a time, building my store of metals. This site is perfect for me. Competitive prices, fairly fast delivery, and accurate. AND, i can order one coin, or thousands. Up to me, not limited by the site. Thank you for that. I do recommend this site, at least for the smaller investor like me.

I have now placed four orders with Silver.com, The process is as simple as point and click, experiencing no problems what-so-ever. I paid by credit card on two orders as well as mailed a check for two orders (one order pending). Both processes Silver.com is upfront on timing, pricing and shipping expectations. On the order paid by check, I received notice when Silver.com received the check and they set clear expectations of release of the orders due to a check clearing waiting period. In about a week I received another notice the check cleared and the item shipped with all tracking information.

The products received had zero problems with quality, so overall a great experience.

2nd time denying my wife’s credit card purchase. Funny the market shot up the next Day. The credit card company approved the transaction, No phone call, called multiple times, promises to call back at specific time, no calls. I have done a lot of business with them, no more. Filing a small claims lawsuit in California. Chump change, but it is the principle. Customer service is a zero.

Received 6 tarnished silver eagles at a great price. They varied from an almost BU proof to a painted slightly scratched eagle. Very happy with transaction. I'll be back.

Protect yourself and do not wire funds to this company. Wired money, 2 days later order was not processed. Called company claimed and they did no receive funds so order was canceled. Called bank to recall wire, 14 days later still waiting from money to be returned. Bank has started an investigation. DO NOT WIRE, use credit card and you will have a quicker response to getting your money back.

As with my last order, I am totally satisfied. The delivery vi tracking was spot on. I just received it on Monday 01April2019 at 1315 MST.

Got my order fairly fast. The coins are beautiful. I would not hesitate to order again.

This was my first order from silver.com. There was a verification process when they make sure your order is legit. It was simple, one email and a phone call to verify you. After the verification process, my order was sent out very fast. I made another order and since my account was already verified it was approved almost immediately and was sent out the next day. I received it two days later and it was exactly what I ordered. Silver.com always have the items I want in stock and I have been very happy with their service. I will definitely continue using them for my precious metal purchases in the future. They have earned my loyalty.

I have been ordering from Silver.Com for years. I've ordered thousands worth and even just a few dollars worth. Every time they delivered exactly what I ordered and quickly. Shipping is discreet and fast, packed well with no worry of lost or stolen items. I have also sold pieces that I have purchased and every one of them was legitimate. Do not worry about getting scammed with nickel or fake metals or plated items. Anything you get here is the real deal. Pricing is fair, but some of the deals could be a little better. That's what you get with a market priced item though. Overall GREAT experience every time!
