Very disappointed. They do not have published min/max benchmarks for buying/selling submissions. Will not accept sell orders w/o responding with a reason. Consequently, your product (silver 100 oz. bars) remain in their custody and no way to retrieve or sell them.

They offer no customer service other than tel# with ans. service; the messages left they do not return. Multiple e-mails to BD were ignored and got no response.
