Still waiting for my cash

I used this company since 2008. In the past three months their time to process an order for sale has dragged out until now I have been waiting since June 9th for a cash order to clear.

Repeated contacts to the company via email (daily), telephone messages (daily) and express mailed letters to them and the Texas Attorney General have gone unanswered.

A few days ago they posted that they were suspending operations due to "technical" issues. The fact that they have been unwilling to communicate to their customers leads me to speculate about their future prospects. Then today I see that their BBB membership has been suspended.

I would certainly not recommend this company until they get their act together. My guess is that bankruptcy will prcede that.
