I think they want to do well for their customers, but have an innate fear of dishonest customers. They are over cautious. I called them this morning as I have three orders awaiting shipment. I asked for expedited delivery and had to speak to a supervisor to have this approved. Conversely, I had placed an order from them and Texas Precious Metals on December 5, 2017. The order from TPM was delivered Monday, Dec 18 and the BE order was still in house. They do deliver what they promise.
