Shipping was SUPER slow, called customer service several times and was told that they were busier than normal. I understand that, but they didn't communicate at all, I placed the order on 7/16 and just got it today (8/8). I was told more than once the order would ship the next day only to have nothing happen. I don't think I would of even gotten it if I hadn't called again stating that if it doesn't ship I wanted a refund.
