Thank you for your business and feedback, we appreciate it. You didn't leave an order ID, but we have looked into your account. You may be speaking of an August order whereby you had reported a 5 oz bar was missing. We ran a video review and showed all items were packaged, but offered to report a claim on your behalf. Unfortunately, you denied to comply with the necessary paperwork we needed. We are glad to see that you have since placed 2 more orders since.
