What an aggravating business

What an aggravating business to deal with. I work at home every other week. Since it takes 2-3 weeks for an order to be delivered, I never know if I'm going to be at work or home. This week I was at work when a delivery was attempted. I called and emailed SD in an attempt to get them to help me change the delivery location or have FedEx hold the package at their hub. SD was completely inflexible about a delivery location change. Finally after 3 days wasting FedEx's gas and time I was able to pick the package up at their hub before it was shipped back to SD. Thanks for nothing SD. Plenty of other precious metals sellers out there.

SD Bullion works very hard to maintain great customer service and the lowest prices. Due to insurance restrictions the package cannot be held at the hub. This is a high value package and SD always gives instructions to assist the customer. We were happy to help Mr. Miller in getting his order in a safe manner.
