Do Not Purchase From Them

I purchased from them because they were the cheapest online dealer at this time (could have drive a little longer and buy the same thing w/o the hassle).

Online order was not processed correctly. I contacted customer service regarding mailing address and was told it would be changed. When I received an email asking me to confirm my mailing address, I called and spoke to an agent. She wants me to send her everything including the kitchen sink to verify address. I told her if there's that much trouble she can cancel my order. She threatened to charge me 5% for cancellation fee. I told her I would like to speak w/ a manager and she said not available but can leave a message. I did that.

Manager called back and said exactly the same thing. They cannot send the package anywhere else but the billing address. What a crock of bull is that? I purchased things and have them ship internationally all the time before and there's never a problem.When I told her I am no longer there, she said "I got your money. You can either receive it at your billing address or I can take 5% and cancel your order." I told the manager would she likes me to contact my attorney and she said, " Yes, do that and we will work with your attorney."

Whoever said they have great customer service has not talked to these rude people. My advice, go elsewhere. Don't buy from them even if they are cheapest.

When altering a shipping address for the protection of the customer we due have steps to qualify that change. SD was able to take the steps to help this customer and make sure she was fully satisfied.
