I ordered silver libertads 1982-2012, in order to get them in a timely fashion i paid VERY high credit card premiums, and the total ended up being $6.00 above spot. All of the libertads were from 1982, and the quality ranged from good to uncirculated.They arrived 10 days after placing my order, so much for expidited shipping!

They give discounts for cash, check or wire. you didn't pay a premium for using credit, you paid full price. The shipping complaint is valid but on the price you are just whining.
