I ordered 300 OZ of Silver bars in January 2011 from APMEX I sent them alomost $10,000 by mail as instructed they took over three weeks before they claim to have sent me my product. Once I picked it up from the UPS station I got home opened it up and only had 2 of the 10 bars I ordered, but the box was large and contained smaller boxes that were empty. I immmediatley contacted Jana Neal in customer Service she started a claim and had seberal other people call me and I communicated to them thoroughly. I notified the POlice who cam eout investigated and determined that the box had been opened from the bottom at some point in transit and part of my ordered removed, therefor they could not file a police report due to that issue. Ms. Neal FORCED me to give to UPS the box for their investigation against my better judgment I did so and now alomost three months later they say that the claim is denied and she wont return my alls or emails any more basically teling me they not going to send me my product or the money. Meanwhile Im out over $7000. DO NOT ORDER FROM APMEX THEY...BEWARE BEWARE, I now have to file lawsuit agianst them which Im going to do to get my money but I should not have to go through this and the company shoud be communicating to me and not hiding behind emails and not speaking to me after I sent them my money in good faith. This company should be shut down.
