They seem to exist just to charge ridiculous rates for shipping, and if you are foolish enough to cancel an order they will email you, mail you, call you, send registered letters...they will do anything for the $35+ you will be charged.
My opinion: very disreputable and extremely unpleasant to deal with. You will spend a long time making any money off your purchase.

And that $35 is clearly in there terms of sale you agreed to before ordering. That is specifically done to keep people from placing orders seeing silver go down and canceling there orders. That is totally understandable why they do it and to give them a bad review over it is silly.
