I’ve never made an online purchase for precious metals before. And, since I didn’t have personal recommendations of who I should work with, I read through numerous customer reviews on numerous websites. There were a lot of great dealers to choose from but I was looking for someone who was honest, who had integrity, and who could patiently walk me through the process. When I went to John Fisher’s website, I could tell he was different: he was a professing Christian. So I chose him as my dealer in hopes that he was a God-fearing Christian, too. (Well, I figure if he’s not honest about his faith and his dealings with me, then John would definitely have our Higher Power to answer to!!) I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. John was very patient with me. He explained the types of metals and costs; but more importantly, he made sure I knew he’d take full responsibility for the whole process. I highly recommend John Fisher and Fisher Precious Metals. I’ve done two purchases with him already, and I look forward to doing more business with him and his Company.

Absolutely the best first (remote) buying experience! I will be doing business with Fisher PM again! I was recommended to Fisher Precious Metals by a good friend of mine. The first time I called I spoke directly with John Fisher, the owner of this business, and he walked me through the entire process of buying with his company. Learning that I wanted to buy silver, he offered me different options such as bars, rounds, and coins, each with different pricing. His pricing was excellent and the deal was carried out over the phone seamlessly. Once I had decided on silver rounds, John Fisher hand-picked the rounds for my first order. I had constant communication with John Fisher until the moment my order arrived. You can tell from speaking with him how much care and thoughtfulness he puts into his business. Although I had some limited experience with the stock market, I was totally ignorant of the precious metals market .My research and recommendations of trusted financial resources brought me to Fisher Precious Metals. Within minutes after calling the office, on a particularly busy day, I was contacted by Lynn, followed soon after, by John; and, he certainly lived up to his reputation and numerous 5 star reviews. He is the teacher you wished for in a classroom and the commander you wished you had in a strategy session. He assessed my knowledge and goals and proceeded to teach me the fine points of purchasing and storing precious metals. I placed three orders over the next two weeks, all of which were promptly processed and delivered to my storage facility; and, he contacted me at each step in the process.. It has been an extraordinary experience, a relationship that feels more personal than business. I expect to be placing addition orders soon.

I had never bought gold before and we really nervous about buying. I did an internet search and Fisher PM came up so I clicked on the link and went to their website. This website is amazing! There is so much information given to everyone who chooses to take the time to read through every article and watch the videos. I spent literally, hours, reading everything in the Info Center. The piece of information that made me 100% confident that I would spend my money with this company was the article that directly referenced the volatility of the market and listed Psalm 145:15 with the reminder to remember what truly matters. I placed my order and got an email back within minutes! And the email was directly from John, the owner..in this day and age how often do you hear from the actual owner of a business? I dare say it is rare. John warns on the website that there could be a delay in shipping due to Covid. There was no such delay. I had some questions and called expecting to get a salesperson. John personally answered the phone and answered all my questions thoroughly! I have since ordered 2 more times and got my gold in record time! I will do business with Fisher PM and only Fisher PM in the future and I highly recommend them and have already told people about them!

I ran across the name Fisher Precious Metals while researching self directed IRA providers. I already had a different metals provider in mind but knew little about the IRA companies. After looking at a number of companies' websites and reading lots of reviews, I decided to check out Fisher's site and read some reviews on them. I went from one site to the next, four in all, and literally could not find a negative review on Fisher P.M., definitely not the case with the IRA companies. Impressed, I decided to call them and ask a few questions about the purchase process as I'd never bought PMs before. Honest, dependable, full of integrity, readily willing to lend his expertise so you can make an informed decision, looking out for his customers' best interest - even telling them what other steps they should take prior to investing in precious metals. I had done business with large firms in the past and was not happy in the pressured way in which I was treated. With John I feel like I am dealing with an old and trusted friend. Whatever he promises he delivers on. During the recent upheaval in the precious metals market caused by Covid-19, Fisher Precious Metals was able to procure 1000 ounce bars of Physical Silver when no one else could. The pricing was very fair. John and I communicated regularly and I was kept me updated on every step of the process personally. The entire transaction was an enjoyable experience. I cannot recommend Fisher Precious Metals highly enough.

The contact with Brian and (at another purchase) with John, was so easy, spot on, helpful and made everything so simple, All my questions were answered and I just never imagine shopping elsewhere. Without question John is one of the most remarkable people we have done business with. This was our first time buying precious metals. John was thoughtful, knowledgeable and informative with us as we peppered him with questions. Our was not a large purchase but that made no difference in his desire to invest as much time with us as we needed to ensure we were confident and at peace with our purchase.
