I ordered Silver from this site. It's been almost 3 weeks that they have had my money, and I still do not have a tracking # for the order. Use APMEX I placed an order with them the same day, and got the shipment that same week.

I was given an expected delivery date and NO Delivery, Called Post Office, It STILL hasn't left LA. No update information. GOLD SILVER has had my money for 2 weeks now, before expected delivery. THIS is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. It's not like I ordered shampoo. I have a considerable amount of money taken from my savings and they could care less about their customer service in getting my purchase to me in a timely manner. They offered to send me a book and CD; like that's going to make it better. Most people know "can't trust the P.O; so WHY do they use them? They make plenty of money on our orders; they should be more caring about getting our orders to us in a timely fashion. NOT wait 2 Weeks! ALL they are interested in is taking our order. After that: they don't care. I'm SURE I can get better service and perhaps better deals elsewhere! They have had my LAST order. And I feel it is my duty to report this to everyone I know. Wouldn't want others to be misled.

The ordering process went without a hitch. The item shipped when they said it would ship and I soon received the items thereafter. All around an easy and smooth purchase. Will buy from again gladly.

I called these guys as I mulled over what mix of gold and silver to get and which products made most sense for me. The team at GoldSilver was great. Omar answered all my questions and helped me make the right choice for my objectives ( privacy over low premium ). These guys know the business and gave me insights I would never have gotten anywhere else.

I originally ordered form GoldSilver.com because they seem to offer alot of information about the silver market that could be trusted and Mike is all over the internet talking about silver so I felt I could trust them. They play alot of games with fees. The shipping is ridiculously expensive, but if you know what to say, you can get a 'coupon' to reduce the shipping cost....which is still too high even after the coupon. Their storage fees are marked up from the original supplier, which for me was Brinks in Salt Lake City. I went directly to brinks and ended up saving 50% (at least) on my storage fees. Which by the way, is where GoldSilver.com ships some of there product from. If you have storage at brinks and they "ship" from the same facility....they will still charge you shipping if you dont ask for it to be waived. When they tried to charge me shipping from the same facility I was storing my silver at, red flags went up big time. I will not even get into their buy back pricing or their shipping costs if you want the product shipped from brinks and you use GoldSilver as your dealer.... I was told the fee would be .09% of product cost .....ridiculous. I prefer to deal with a company who is a lot more straight forward.....too many games going on here.... to be fair, I appreciate their website when it comes to an information hub about precious metals...but as a dealer with good prices, forget it. There are too many other trusted dealers not playing the "fee game". At least that was my experience. Perhaps others have had a better experience.

My first and last time buying from these guys. Usually we buy local, face to face , with a dealer. This time we tried buying online during the big decline in prices. Never again from this company. I thought I " locked in" once I hit the button, but then it makes you put all you mumbo jumbo in, including credit card info. By the time your done, your locked in price changes...drastically. Im pissed and will not tell anyone about these guys. My price differs by $200. And that makes me very upset. Considering, other sights have the same item for LESS! I called and was told that once you hit that button to order, you have to skip steps 1 and 2 and go right to step 3 to " lock in" the rate. LOL umm, say again.... Lesson learned. I literally just ordered my goods and sent the money off via bank wire so I cannot comment on anything else. Oh yeah, and for my distress they gave me a promo code for a discount of 1/2 % on my next order..LOL really? Still giggling with that one. :-(

These guys are so expensive. Tried them out to see if they really were that great, but nothing too special here. Shipping times were okay, service was good, but the high prices are not worth it.

Goldsilver under-promises and over delivers in all aspects of the company. Shipments arrive before the ETA dates. Questions are answered very timely. The staff is committed to keeping their customers educated. This is the company to go with ALL the way--Bravo!!

The staff, Mike Maloney, and the website give the best most insightful information on the why's, how's, and what's of investing in gold and silver. They answered all my questions and are very responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
