I ordered some silver online from Jam bullion for the first time and was pleased with my order of silver Liberty dimes( although a few were quite worn, but considering their age it was expected on my part. The 2022 Queen Elizabeth coin looked pristine to me. Other than the few worn coins, I am very satisfied and will order again someday.

Please do not order from JM Bullion!! You are risking whether you will receive your items or not. I notice a trend going on based on other reviews where a tracking number has been system generated and you are told your order will be delayed. Most consumers will wait patiently…a few weeks even..based on this message. However, if you do not contact them within 3-7 days of this notice, they will make this completely your fault for not reading the terms and conditions. They will make it out to be a rare occurrence which was what I believed and now I see this is not true. It has happened time and time again, and they will not look into why this happens. I have proof from USPS that they never received the products to begin with. This should not be happening at all. It is a complete scam!

Placed an order using my bank's credit card. A few days later, received an email asking for a check to be mailed. It was an unexpected twist so - since they are asking for a check, the order had not been actually completed but they demand a $101 cancellation fee. I opened a dispute with my credit card. This outfit claims that this "term" is listed somewhere on page 666 of their agreement... not very useful. Crooks.

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a 2022 1oz American Gold Coin for $1,944.89 JM Bullion as a Valentine’s gift for my husband. On Feb 9th, the package started its course to our home in Mountain View, CA. The package was transferred from Las Vegas, to Fresno, to San Francisco but then stopped in the Mountain View USPS with the following USPS tracking status, “Awaiting Delivery Scan - The delivery status of your item has not been updated as of Feb 13th, 2022. We apologize that it may arrive later than expected”. Seeing that I was warned by USPS that my delivery was going to be late, I waited. HUGE MISTAKE. February 14th was the last update I received from USPS. I waited 8 more days for my “late package” to arrive and then reached out to JM Bullion on February 22. However, JM Bullion has a 7 day policy and I called 1 day two late, so they wouldn’t accept my claim, even after a repeal (aka they wouldn’t investigate my delivery, refund my purchase or send me a new package). In essence JM Bullion told me I was shit out of luck on the ~$2K I just spent with them. I ran my own investigation, filed a missing delivery claim with USPS and visited my local USPS office. Guess what?!!! USPS figured out the disconnect and it was JM Bullion’s fucked up. JM Bullion forgot to include the apartment number on the delivery address for my package EVEN THOUGH I gave them my complete address (which I can clearly see on my purchase receipt). USPS proceeded to tell me that with an incomplete order, they returned my ~$2k package to the sender, JM Bullion. Does this sound like a scam to you? How does a shipping typo happen at a company as large as JM Bullion? You would think there would be some kind of automated process that takes the address info a buyer gives and uses it “as is” for shipping. If my package wasn’t shipped because of a technical error on JM Bullion’s part, then how many others are experiencing the same nightmare that I’m facing? And better yet, how much money is JM profiting on pocketing these returned packages while refusing to give customers their refunds? NOTE: Because I used a wire transfer, I am not eligible to contest this purchase with a credit card company. No wonder JM Bullion entices their customers to purchase with a wire transfer rather than CC by giving a bigger discount on the wire.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE refused to change my address to new home address without charging $15 restocking fee. NOT A RESTOCK, simple change of address.

There was a question regarding my billing address vs. my shipping address. Instead of contacting me to discuss the issue, my order was just cancelled without warning. I was told that all I could do was replace the order with the corrected information. My problem with this is that the price had risen substantially, defeating my purpose in buying at the time that I did. If I had been the one trying to cancel the order after say a drop in prices, I still would have been held responsible for holding up my end of the deal. Is it too much to ask that they should also be responsible for holding up their end? Very disappointed with my experience with JM Bullion. I won't be placing any more orders with them. I will be going back to SD Bullion. I've never had any issues with them and most of their prices are better.

I paid for an order of silver eagles on Mar 13th 2020 It is Easter Sunday April 12th haven't received anything was suppose to receive shipping confirmation on the 19th of March again it is April 12th 2020! They also are trying to charge me a loss fee on top of this for an order they messed up! I wish I got an honest answer when I ask, "What happened to my order of Cull Eagles?" They won't admit any wrong doing but they have no problem keeping my money hostage.
