As a willing bullion buyer, I spent hours every day for weeks tracking the bullion market to take advantage of last night’s temporary dip in bullion prices, Some precious metal blogs recommended JM Bullion. So I trusted JM was legit. I invested quite a bit of my time learning JM Bullion's website, analyzing their offerings and made a legitimate purchase on their website. In that process, I saw some discrepancies between what JM posted as the spot Ask prices and what I saw on live feeds from other sites. This was significant because all the silver I purchased was based on live spot prices. JM's prices where always 3% - 4% higher than what was quoted on other lives feeds.
It was late at night and no one was available at JM to discuss these discrepancies and the dip in the market (which I timed very well) would not last.
I confirmed my order on their site which was for multiple tens of thousands of dollars - not a small purchase. After I pushed that button, I got their order confirmation showing a higher price than what I had approved.
Immediately I communicated these problems to JM with a message to them on their website.
The explanation that in the 2-3 seconds it took to push the next button that prices changed is irrelevant because we had an agreement at the price they offered to sell me bullion. Also I was watching bullion prices drop significantly at that very same moment on my other screen. IF they were honestly adjusting my purchase price to the actual market price, then my price should have dropped significantly. Instead, they charged me more.
I requested a call back the next morning. I thought someone there would surely have the decency to call me, look into this, make any needed adjustments and get this resolved. I have proof that what they charged me was higher than what their site quoted me.
No one from JM ever called me. And this was for a large purchase. God help anyone get honest service from them if they are only buying $10,000 of bullion from them.

Instead of dealing with any of these price discrepancies, JM wrote me a terse reply that they were cancelling my order. Seriously?

I trusted JM Bullion to be a trustworthy bullion dealer, referred to me by multiple sources, including Gold Dealer Reviews. As their customer, I did everything I was supposed to do- funds to cover the check have been transferred and the check is in the mailbox.. By cancelling my order, they essentially sold my bullion position without my authorization. Since the market has moved against me. will this 'reputable dealer' cover me for any losses until I am able to re-enter my order?

And the sad thing is, it would have taken so little from JM to make these problems right. From my personal experience in buying bullion from JM, it seems, JM takes every opportunity to bait and switch clients into paying them more money then we, the clients agreed to pay.

I have made 6 purchases from Jim Bullion, and all were received in great condition, and were as described. I will continue to make purchases from this dealer. Many Thanks.

I ordered one of the rarest of the ATB 5 ounce silver BU bullion coin series. I paid quite a premium for the coin and expected better quality. The coin I received had scratch marks and scuffs which made the overall coin less quality than all other coins I have procured from the competition: Provident Metals, APMEX, Montgomery Chandler, Mint Products, BGASC (Buy Gold And Silver Coins).

I've bought a little gold, silver and copper from JMB and their service and shipping is first rate.

This was my first time ordering through JM Bullion. I ordered four silver coins and received notification an hour later that my order had already been shipped. I received the coins in my mailbox three business days later. I'm happy with what I receive and how it was packaged. Overall, a very good experience. They also have a very user-friendly website. I'm sure I'll buy from JM Bullion again in the future.

I was just surfing reviews and saw the most recent negative one. Alas, even on eBay (or in life...) you'll never make everyone completely happy. 100% approval should always be sought.....but is not realistic. When I retired in 2014, I bought a tube of Silver Eagles locally and got hosed by not knowing what 'over spot' should be. From the very first order at JMB, I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED with the Customer Service and speedy shipping. I made some "rookie" orders under $1,000 and elected to HAVE the Signature Required, very clearly stated...... Bigger orders later (over $10K) are automatic and I would be WAITING to ambush (read: offer a bottle of cold water) the Mailman or UPS guy. All in all, Great Prices, FAST SHIPPING and Tracking, even polite Customer Service reps make me a repeat customer of three years and 5+ orders!

I ordered 12 silver Canadian Coins and I received an ripped-open box in my mailbox. The coins were not in the box. I followed the prolonged claim process to a T by reporting the claim the next day and following JM Bullion's instructions.
After a long wait I was told that my claim was denied for reasons that were simply lies. I strongly urge others to buy from some one else.
JM Bullion stole from me and they will do the same to others.

I looked around at a number of different Gold and Silver dealers, had some even say some really mean things to me when I decided to go with JM over their Company, and through my research I decided to work with JM. I have been purchasing gold & silver bullion for the past three years. I buy gold & silver bars (1 oz., 10 oz., 500 gram and 1,000 gram sizes), I also buy gold & silver American Eagles, Canadian Maple Leafs and Australian Kangaroos, usually in tubes. When doing my due diligence, I found two dealers that I wanted to purchase from: APMEX and JM bullion. Although they have both been excellent, I find that JM Bullion always has better pricing. Talk about fast, I made my first purchase on June 24, 2016 and it arrived today June 27, 2016. If I were on the continental US I would say ok good timing, but I'm in Hawaii and I ordered it on a Friday and it got here on Monday. That's very fast service especially for the free shipping.

I recently decided that it would be wise to save in silver. I've never bought silver before and was unsure of who to trust. I read high reviews of jmbullion and decided to give them my business. Still skeptical, I made a small first order of 5 2016 American Eagles as a test to ensure authenticity, quality, customer service and shipping time. I made my order on a Friday June 17th using my debit card and assumed a 3 or 4 percent surcharge in order to expedite payment. Payment was approved and a shipping label was created the following day Saturday June 18th. AWESOME! According to usps tracking My package reportedly arrived at the USPS origin facility Las Vegas nv 89120 11:30 pm Monday June 20th, and in transit to my home one hour later 12:30 am Tuesday June 21st, all according to usps tracking. GREAT! It's now 5pm Saturday june 25. My package has been in transit for 113 hours since that time. 5 days of "transit" without any update on usps tracking as to the location of my package. At checkout screen shipping times are estimated "1-4" days. Today is Saturday day 5, I won't recieve it Sunday day 6, making delivery Monday June 27th a best case scenario. thats 7 days from the time My package was sent in "transit" to my home, and 10 days from the day placed my order At jmbullion ASSUMING it even arrives on Monday 27th. I am not hopeful to say the least. I am confident that jmbullion has sent my coins, and do not suspect any fraud, but you the consumer should understand that shipping has been anything but prompt or speedy. if you make a order of more significant value you will want to pay 14.95 and ship by air! The "free" shipping in my example WILL NOT arrive in 1-4 days and to be frank is completely unreliable. I know this isn't jmbullions "FAULT", But it's something you the consumer still need to be aware of. Free shipping is Slow shipping.

I ordered 15 10oz silver bars on Monday 6/6/2016 in the early afternoon (PST). I received the bars sealed in heavy clear plastic in a plain cardboard box on Wednesday, 6/8/2016 at noon PST. There are in beautiful condition, I can't stop looking at them. 3 days from ordering to receiving, I am impressed! This was a trail run that you passed, GOLD NEXT!
