The last two 10 ounce silver bars I purchased arrived damaged. The exterior packaging was intact and so was the bubble wrap. These bars were packed already damaged. Their solution was for me to take my time to repackage it, stand in line at the post office and ship it back for a refund. My time is more valuable than that. Thanks but no thanks. Listing says "new", but buyer beware.

We do see you emailed in regarding 1 10 oz bar you received in April, for which we could send you a prepaid shipping label to send it back for replacement or refund. The last 10 oz bar we see you purchased before this one was back in September of 2018, don't see any notes on that order. We ship the bars exactly as we receive them from the mints, we apologize for any issue or hassle; this does not affect their bullion silver value at all. This place is great! The prices are awesome and shipping is super fast! Plus it's only 3.99 for shipping on anything less than $99, after $99 it's free. You can't beat that anywhere! I've seen places charge up to $15 for shipping. I will continue to order from them only. They've found a customer for life.
