JM Bullion

I'm a first time customer, very satisfied with order handling, status updates, overall process. I was hesitant as this was my first precious metals purchase. I researched various vendors, including the ones advertising on TV and radio. I checked out websites, read BBB complaints, made inquiring calls to several of the vendors and found some of the complaints were valid in terms of trying to lead the customer. Your customer satisfaction evals seemed pretty good, and you are in Lancaster, PA, and I used to live near there, so I took a chance, and can say I am very satisfied. I will be making additional purchases from JMB in the near term. There is one area that could be considered for improvement. The UPS delivery requires signature. The JMB website could be improved for customers to specify the type of delivery required up front such as 'will call', etc. once notified that the package is ready for delivery. Otherwise UPS will attempt deliveries to the customer during normal working hours. If the delivery is to your home, and everyone is working, this presents a problem and then the customer must get in touch with UPS... and it is time consuming. Regards, Richard M Cortellini

This is the second time that I have purchased gold and silver coins from JM Bullion. Their communication was excellent and kept me well informed of where I was in the process at all times. When the coins arrived, they were well packed and protected. The delivery time was great. I will definitely keep purchasing my gold and silver coins from JM Bullion.

I was a bit skeptical at first as their prices were low, no tax, and free shipping. I ordered 200 Buffalo rounds and went through their bank wire process which was a breeze. I put my order in, received excellent communication during the process and 7 days later the silver was setting on my front porch. Excellent service, quality, and price. I just placed my second order with them today.....Will continue to be a customer

I have been wanting to buy some precious metals for a long time and a friend recommended JM Bullion to me. From start to finish this was a very pleasant experience. I recieved the item, before I even thought they were shipped, in a secure manner!! This website exudes professionalism and will do business again. Thanks

I have never made a Silver purchase before, my older Brother kept telling me to get some for a rainy day. Well, I finally did. I shopped around the inner net and never was much excited about any one company until I ran on to JM Bullion. I decided on the beautiful lady on silver dollars, 1001 of them, as a matter of fact. The two monster boxes remain closed, the "ONE" goes with me to show off to my Buddies! I mailed in a check and put it out of my mind, 16 days later a UPS truck showed up at my door with the "goodies!" To some folks that may seem slow but I'm happy with JMB, they kept me posted on what was going on at their end of this transaction. I'm thinking on doing some more investing in silver and maybe gold before too long and after such a fine transaction with JMB I'll be giving them my business. Free shipping makes the deal very sweet too! Thanks Guys, Harold

I would like to thank you for the quality service and coins I received . The ease of my transaction, pricing, selection were more than I expected. It is nice to be able to order silver eagles in the quantity that fits my finances. The free shipping is a added bonus to the to the most competitive pricing I have found. Looking forward to buying many more coins from you in the very near future. Donald H.

I researched companies online. I considered reviews here, BBB, prices, shipping time, and shipping cost. This company has it all. I will continue to buy silver from JMB for years to comre.

My son and I have been stacking silver and gold for a little while now. Ive always purchased locally but recently decided to start looking on the internet for bullion. My biggest concern was purchasing fake merchandise from a site like ebay. A quick google search brought me to JM Bullion. 5 orders later I have to say that they are a great company! The items i ordered by check arrived within about 7 working days from the time I mailed the check. They were in great shape and exactly as described. The free shipping is a huge plus, but I especially appreciate the new "On Sale Now" category. I've spent hours on the internet looking for the best place to buy my precious metals and can attest that JMB is the only company from which I intend to purchase.

JM Bullion has exceeded expectations on every order I have placed with them. The Silver Eagles have been flawless, the Canadian Silver Maples have been beautiful. I am a collector and have purchased from several major silver dealers.None has been as consistent as JM Bullion. I highly recommend this dealer for silver coins. As a new customer to the gold and silver bullion market I have done tons of research on all the terms and pricing. Finding the best prices over spot can be tricky when there are so many online dealers. JMBullion consistently beats the competitors such as APMEX, Provident Medals, Gainsville coins, Perthmint, ebay, etc. I have searched them all, even when other dealers have lower prices over spot JMBullion still beats them in the end with free shipping on all their orders. I plan to keep JMBullion as my number one gold and silver dealer as long as they keep giving their customers #1 prices and free shipping. I have made 5 separate orders with JMBullion and each time the product came as described on their website, inconspicuously packaged, and completely protected with their packaging. If you are new to the silver gold bullion market or even a seasoned investor I would look no further than JMBullion!
