I believe John Palmer is confusing ModernCoinMart and GoldMart

Are you sure you aren't confusing ModernCoinMart and GoldMart whose owner is named Nick? I've dealt with ModernCoinMart in the past and never had any problems. I'm pretty certain there's nobody named Nick at ModernCoinMart and they have a sales team not a receptionist.
