Money Metals Exchange is a place you might want to think twice before you buy from or sell to. I sent my silver to them as required with tracking and all. Five days after tracking confirmed delivery I still had not heard from them, not even to confirm receipt of the shipment. I called and they confirmed that they had the silver, but it would take several more days before it would be cleared and I receive the bank transfer, telling me that they were in fact ahead of schedule! I'm not a speculator, I needed to sell some silver to pay my mortgage etc, since I work with the school system and just now returning to work. Timing is important, and I needed reasonably prompt response. I have bought and sold to several dealers over the years and came to expect integrity from them and I have never been so disappointed.
