Easy to choose what I wanted and easy to purchase. I opted for the pricier option of paying with a debit card because I wanted my order quicker (a gift) and I was pleased with the shipping time, tracking number, secure packaging, and of course the silver coins themselves. I did shop around and Provident Metals had the best deal for my choice in coins. I will be buying from Provident again in the future certainly.

I had a very enjoyable buying experience with Provident. As a first time Silver buyer I scoured many websites and was surprised how difficult some websites make it to just get a price. Some make you put contact info in first and then before I have even found a price they are calling me. Then I am receiving calls on a daily basis when all I wanted to do was see price and shipping info. With Provident it was all available with no hassle or harassment. I have already made another purchase from them!!! I would recommend Provident!!!!

Typically, provident metals is a good place to buy coins. My most recent purchase though, i had some issues. My BU pre-1921 Morgan which I ordered for, wasn't like the BU advertised in the pictures. If you looked at one side of the coin (where the eagle is facing) it was black and very toned while on the other side, it looked BU. Seems odd, how can one side be very toned while the other is untoned? My purchase also included 4 other BU coins (1 morgan/1 peace and 2 other foreign) The other 2 morgans were labeled BU while the pre-1921 was not.

I was also short on my $100 face bag of dimes which included a Canadian dime.

Emailed 4 days ago- no response other then that they were going to respond back within 1-2 days which they did not.

Provident is good if you get what you ordered for, but if you don't??? Good Luck, you will need it.

I ordered twice so far. the first time I ordered I got 8 silver bars then re ordered when I got that for another 14 bars. The reason They are the best to order from is the price. I went all around town and the cheapest I could find over spot for bars was $2 I order on line here and got the product in two days at just cents over spot. Shipping is fre when you order more than $99 worth. They can not be beat as far as price and shipping of your items so that no one knows whats left at your door steps.

I Started ordering at the end of march and I've put it over and orders and I haven't had any problems, and with that I plan on filling my refrigerator full of magnets. I am very happy with this company. I had a few silver eagles with the same mark on each one of them and I was too ignorant and new at collecting coins to realize that it came from the mint customer service was extremely patient and kind with me and I thank them very much. But as a first time buyer in this world of bullion I couldn't be happier with this company.

I really enjoy provident Metals. I place an order with them about every 2 weeks. Everything I order is always pristine and packaged discretely, which is important since I live in an apartment building and often packages are just dropped at my door.

I ordered 400 ounces of silver. The silver eagles came in a nice tube, 20 to the tube. That is, all but one tube. It had only 19. I called Provident hoping they would replace the 1 piece I was short, but not really expecting them to. There's no way for me to prove I got 399 ozs instead of 400. The customer service person listened, put me on hold for a bit, then came back on and said they would replace the 1 silver eagle I was short.

Now that's an outstanding company! I'll sure buy from them again and recommend them to my clients. They'll make way more from replacing that short piece than it cost them. Outstanding!

Decided to purchase rounds, and after searching many places online and making a few small purchases locally I found Provident to be very competitive with an amazing website. Very easy to do business with. I have already recommended to friends.

My father introduced me to this company teaching me about investing in metal. He recived his shipment within 3-5 days! I thought that was awesome and the silver coins looked gorgeous!!! I made an order on 5/22 for some silver of $200 and understood that there was a holiday Monday. I paid right then and there so it would be a quick transaction.
I has been a week and I have not heard anything from provident metals no email, no status of any kind with my shipment. I was just emailed today 5/28 saying my order is being shipped. what?!? a week and now its being shipped?!?! thats ridiculous!!!
Like I said, I did not get any notification on my order about anything being out of stock or a delay. I am very unhappy with this company and I will probably try one more time with them see if they can redeem themselves. Very poor service as I can see and have experience.

The best priced dealer. I took a lot of time the first time I purchased precious metals to find the bast price available online and not only does Provident beat all other online prices, they beat my local dealers and coin shops prices too. I only buy silver from Provident and sometimes JM Bullion and Silvertowne WHEN the latter two have sales. If you are a copper or silver investor, Provident is the way to go all day everyday. They sell products such as silver and copper shot and also large copper bars that are hard to find almost anywhere else, especially for the price that Provident offers. Never had trouble ordering either like I have with one of the other two sites. I never buy gold or I'm sure I would have something good to say about those prices too. Nothing but a wonderful buying experience, thank you Provident Metals.

I ordered an assortment of Silver rounds in varies weights from 1/10th of an ounce to a full 1 ounce. My order was very well packed,I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will buy from Provident Metals again in the very near future. My order was for 6 ounces of Silver and That is what I received. I have never ordered silver before, mostly just getting roles of coins from the bank looking for junk silver. I finally decided to buy some.
