I have been ordering from SD for about 9 months and they are the best out there in regards to delivery, customer service, and most of all pricing. I wish they offered little more variety but what they do offer is adequate.

So this site presented it self as very good option at first, I bought my first option and it went smooth, i paid by card because its cheaper than bank wire in my case, on the second order i also paid by card, and after they withdrew the money from my account they sent an email that it didn't go throw for verification reasons and i need to submit an alternate email and phone number and an ID!!!, I am not gonna submit an ID to any website that I am buying stuff from, so they just canceled the order without even telling me and i had to call to know what happened, and the guy who was talking to me didn't even have good answers or he knew what is happening with the order,all and all just a bad experience for some silver, so a good advise just go to your local coin shop you will get almost same prices and you will get you metals at the spot.

Ordered (5) 1 oz British Gold Britannia Bars. After their value went up 5%, they told me they didn't have them in stock any more and tried to get me to switch my order to two other choices that were more costly. Typical Bait-n-Switch. FinCEN and FCTC should be notified.

I purchased a JM 100 ounce silver bar and had to return it given the amount of damage (major dents on the corners, etc.) and received a store credit. I used the store credit to purchase another item on 12/7/18 (it's been 10 days since then). I've called them three times and I'm told the item will ship that day (of course it does not). I would recommend trying another dealer. Wish me luck in getting a product that is hopefully not damaged.

I frequent their website anytime I am looking to make a bullion purchase. Their delivery is fast and discreet, well packaged. Never had an issue using them over the years. They now have ACH, and recently lowered their USA Free Shipping threshold to orders of just $99 USD or more. Even the their former flat rate of $7.77 was reasonable so long as you were spending a few hundred dollars or more. Now I may buy from them even more frequently. Thanks SD Bullion.
