I ordered 50 1oz silver bars on Monday 27th January 2014. I was told I need to fill in an anti money laundering form, send a copy of my driving licence then wait for confirmation of receipt, then I will be asked to send them my actual driving licence by post to them. I decided this process was too time consuming and asked for my money back via email on Tuesday 28th January 2014. ALL EMAILS I HAVE SENT HAVE BEEN IGNORED. I have tried calling their office in London which goes straight to an answer machine. I have left several messages and nobody has replied. Suisse gold??? More like Suisse turd

I wasted $500 on Valarie LeBlanc (lawyer). He refused to sign for her letter. I'm sure he has my email address blocked. He no longer lives at the Yellow Point Rd address. Letter to PO Box in Naniamo came back stamped "moved/unknown" Better Business Bureau in Nanaimo can do no more. WA state AG will not help. After 18 months and 1,000 oz short on silver I pd for I have changed to QSB mint in Provo Utah and Texas Precious Metals. Good people!

Just found this site, but thought I would leave a comment about a transaction with this company that happened over a year ago now (year and half to 2yrs maybe) Purchased about $5k-$7k (I don't remember exactly now) of silver coins (mix of different coins), this was my first purchase from there and no shipping confirmation number, no email, nothing for probably about a month. So I then called and was told part order was going to be sent out next day and confirmation number would be sent. Few days past, nothing. So had to call back a couple of times and kept getting excuses for the delays. Finally after a couple more weeks got part of the order and was told that the remainder was going to be sent out next week once items come in. Called back in 2 weeks for rest of order update. More excesses given of why nothing was sent and that it is coming in soon and that the Canadian Mint had a backlog and was waiting for coins to come in from them (however, I did not order ANY coins that were minted by the Canadian mint).. so a lot of lies and excuses. After maybe a month or so later, and many many many phone calls I got another SMALL part of the order sent. And then I had to go through the same routine of continuously calling and hearing new excuses and lies of when the final part of the order will be sent out. It took maybe another 2 - 3 months to get the rest of the order (and a crap load of phone calls to him) to finally get the order. It is definitely not worth the stress and time to deal with this company. In total it took over 5 months to get the total order. The last shipment he sent did include extra tube of coins, however, I don't know if it was because he got the orders confused since he probably has so many people he deals with that has to tell lies to all the time. Or if he was sorry for the time it took (but I highly doubt that). Lately I have seen that there have been fake silver coins going around, I didn't know about this at the time I bought from him, however, it has made me wonder if some of the stuff I purchase from there may be (but I would really hope that if he was selling fake silver it would not take 1/2 a year for it to arrive). If I had easier access to the coins I purchased I would test them, but I do not right now. When I do get a chance to test some I will and will update. I am NOT at all suggesting that this company is selling fake silver. However, this is just such a corrupt, horribly run and very NOT TRUSTWORTHY company that who knows what they would be capable of doing. I would recommend that NO ONE buy from this company. It is not worth it. Pay a little bit more and buy from someone else.

I didn't really have any issues dealing with Suisse Gold Corp. One order took about a week longer than the others, but it was no big deal. When others were unable to deliver any metal, I was able to purchase a number of bars, and maples. Over-all I would rate my experience as good.

I have been waiting several months for my order.... Mr.Richard Oliver has not responded to numerous emails and phone calls. I am pursuing legal action. If successful, I will update this with details.

Richard Oliver is stealing peoples money and NOT/NEVER delivering. I would give Richard 5 negative stars. Has anyone seen any of their order in the last month. I ordered my silver on April 5 and received 1/3 of it on May 9. Have been calling every day and leaving a message. I think the next step is a lawyer.

Well I am also out 10 ozs of gold for the last 2.5 months also heard about the accident, and just going to pick up my gold and no I can't ship it all at once, and a bunch of other reasons I don't have my gold yet.I just hope I have not been duped. I will never make any money with that kind of lose before I even get started.I'm not sure if I go to the law now or wait a bit longer Wayne

My comments echo those of others here on this board. I ordered several hundred oz of silver over 4 months ago. I had to send repeated emails to get Richard Oliver to acknowledge. Finally I did receive half the order a few weeks ago but still waiting on the other half. His latest excuse was that he was in a car accident which is why he could not send the balance of the order, but he would send immediately. That was over a month ago! Those of us affected by this horrible experience should ensure that he does not scam new customers at this catalytic converter business. I hope that the BBB makes this shady character known out there.
