I have bought and sold different items from/to Bullion Direct for a number of years. I like that I don't have to wait on hold for Customer Service or even talk to someone...everything is at my finger-tips in my account. If I have a question, I use the Live Chat support.

If you like live chat so much why don't you let us in on how to get it. Everytime I have tried to contact them, live chat is offline. Customer service should be a big part of any business. They have none as far as I can tell.
