Gainesville Coins

I ordered the Canadian Lynxx from their Predator series, at a good price, 3/29 Mailed my check 4/1 Gainsville confirmed receipt of check 4/15 Coin was shipped 4/18 Received my coin At time of order, I did not notice Gainsville's 10 day wait on personal checks..my bad! All other Bullion dealers I've purchased from have a 5 day period. So I will not be doing any more business with Gainsville.

I always check Gainesville before making a purchase and 9 times out of 10 they have the lowest pricing. I will always look at the final sale price and compare that. Coins arrive on time and never had to make a complaint. I will continue to shop here and recommend to others.

I ordered a small amount to feel out the business, only after ordering did I see that they hold checks 10 days (business days so in essence two weeks) after they clear, well in my case the tenth day was Friday so they said they will ship on Monday. Their website appeared to be pretty good and their inventory seemed to have a variety but after experiencing the 10 day turn around which is basically 3 weeks after you order, I do not know of any other metals purveyor that has these terms, for that matter I do not know of any business that serves the public having these terms. Based on that, this will be my first and last order, I am scared I will forget that I ordered something due to the lag time... Ha! Ha!

No other company I've worked with has taken this long for delivery, and I still have never received my items. They took the money out immediately, when money is to be taken out AFTER the items have been shipped. I have communicated with the same woman on both occasions on this and she was very rude and she hung up on me both times. This is my very first experience with them and they will receive no further orders from me ever, plus I will be informing others to never do business with this company.

A huge thanks to Eric and the staff of gainesville coins. For my daughters wedding I wanted to get her and her husband a monster box of silver eagles as a wedding gift. I of course waited until the last minute to purchase but luckily the guys from gainesville came through for us!! I placed my order on Wednesday and explained to them that I needed the box by Saturday morning. To my surprise they shipped my box overnight for me at no extra cost and included a awesome hand written note congratulating my daughter and husband, In a world of very non personal service this company truly showed what a class act they are. I can't thank everyone there enough!

This dealer takes way to long to process check orders. My check cleared my bank over 16 days ago and they still haven't processed my order. I just got off the phone with a representative and she was extremely rude and short and appeared as though I was being unreasonable in expecting the order to ship as soon as the 10 day clearing period expired. I will not but from them again.

I have been purchasing gold and silver online from them for years. Shipping time has gotten longer and longer. I have to literally call them to ask them to ship my orders because they hold my money as long as they can before shipping their products. I call "foul"!!

Top notch service from Gainesville as usual. Their premiums over spot on eagles are always competitive and I like coins are in perfect condition.

Shipping was SUPER slow, called customer service several times and was told that they were busier than normal. I understand that, but they didn't communicate at all, I placed the order on 7/16 and just got it today (8/8). I was told more than once the order would ship the next day only to have nothing happen. I don't think I would of even gotten it if I hadn't called again stating that if it doesn't ship I wanted a refund. I will not be buying from them again
