Shipping Time:
I have very pleased with the service and deals that JM Bullion provides. I have made a number of orders from them and they have provided great customer service. The shipment takes a little longer but I pay using check so I have to wait until the check clears before they will ship. That's the only downside, other than that every Monday they have a sale and with free shipping it allows you to get the best deals on gold and silver bullion.

I have made many orders with JMB, and will continue to do so. They are a reputable company, with a solid track record. I usually receive orders within a couple of days, which is impressive for cross-country shipping. This past order was much slower, but I did receive it, and the order was correct. I realize the many variables in the logistics chain, and am not concerned about the delays. The shipping packages are non-descript, which is smart. The few times I have called customer service, they were helpful and efficient. I commend JMB on an excellent operation.
Shipping Time:
Ordering from JMBullion has been quick and easy. I really enjoy looking at all the different pieces available, it makes choosing difficult. My silver is accumulating to a nice little stash. JMBullion makes buying silver addictive......I just can't get enough!
Shipping Time:
I have placed 3 orders with JM Bullion so far and all 3 have been excellent experiences. I have purchased gold coins from private dealers across multiple locations in the U.S. and so far my experience with JM Bullion has been just as good if not better. I like that I get a bigger selection and that the products arrive quickly and safely. I will be using JM again in the future.
Shipping Time:
Placed two different orders with them so far, mostly testing the waters. Both shipped fast, arrived intake and very well packed. Will be ordering more in the near future.
Shipping Time:
What I like about JM Bullion is the free shipping coupled with the weekly sales. I always choose to pay by check to get the extra 4% off the premium. This option does cause shipping to be delayed until your check clears so you don't get instant gratification. While they were moving their fulfillment facility and offices last month they had some extended shipping and response times, but I expected that since they clearly communicated that on their website that due to the move, and the demand during the low spot prices we experienced, that processing and shipping would be delayed. I have never had a bad experience with JM Bullion. I've always received what I ordered when I expected it. I've compared prices around other companies and I find that with the weekly sales, pay by check discount, and free shipping that I'm getting a good value for my stacking budget. The last couple of orders I made were during the move. I bought the 1 1/4 oz Canadian Bison coins and some five oz bars to take advantage of sales and the low spot prices. They arrived well packaged and protected. Unless I find a good local dealer I expect to continue doing business with JM Bullion.

I am a new investor in precious metals and after doing some research on line, I settled on JM Bullion because they have the right prices without hiding fees. They are very prompt with delivering the product as advertised. The photography along with the descriptions of the products make selection easy. I also appreciate that they offer discounts and have made investing in metals available to the common person. I have recommended, and will continue to do so, JM Bullion to my friends for their investment needs. I will be making my future investments with this company. Thank you
