I have placed 10 orders with JM Bullion in the 12 months, ranging from a few hundred to thousands of $. The prices have been competitive, the shipping has been reasonably fast and the one time I had an issue (had to go to the post office and pay $1.50 to get my shipment due to insufficient postage) I contacted JM Bullion and was offered a $5 off coupon for my next order which was satisfactory. Knowing that JM Bullion's customer service will address my concerns, should some arise, solidifies them as my dealer of choice. In addition I really like their weekly sales. It seems that whenever I'm about to buy some silver I find a good deal on the JM Bullion sales section. I also bought a couple of gold coins through their sales for the best prices I was able to find.

My first order with this company. Placed an order 3/3/15. Expected delivery date was 3/6/15. After the expected delivery date was several days passed and no movement on the package (it had not even left CA), I emailed customer service. Received a very lame, generic response about the tracking not updating. Several more days passed with still no movement on the package, I emailed customer service and got no response, I emailed customer service again and got no response, finally they responded to my next email. Terrible customer service and still have not received my order.
Dear Lucas: We apologize that your shipment was not timely delivered by USPS. They picked it up on the 4th and delivered it on the 12th. They have been running behind in updating their tracking/scanning system and let us down here. Maybe because of some of the inclement weather through out the country. I learned which way, that I chose to pick my silver. Coin versus bullion. Then after that, I learned who produced the best and most valuable product. I chose coin, and then I had to determine, which mint to choose from. After reading all their literature, and watching the videos from their site.
