I have made 6+ orders from JM Bullion in the last few months and have been delighted with them. I also ordered from 2 other vendors in that time and JM Bullion offered the best balance of price, variety and service. This would have been enough, but they also knocked my socks off with their post order service. I ordered some 90% silver dimes and some were in rough shape. JM Bullion not only responded to my request for assistance on this in less than 24 hours, they made it right through a generous offer to offset these coins with new ones. I have dealt with several Silver and Gold Bullion company's and without a doubt JM Bullion is by far the best.I can honestly say they were number 1 the cheapest on all silver in any form.Number 2 my order was complete and just looked AMAZING!.Last but not least and definitely important in my book the time frame from when your money clears till the product is in your hand.I recieved my Coins in 4 days I hadn't even tracked the order yet because I thought more than likely the fourth day it would be processed. To my surprise I check the mail as usual and what do I see but my order..Unbelievable! I had just ordered from a prior company the month before and it took 28days to receive over 2, 000.00 dollars of Coins and then it wasnt complete the rest of my order was on back order that is something I do not like to hear especially when I've already paid for product. I have been buying metal for a couple years. I originally used a company based in CA but, they were expensive and my financial adviser suggested JMB. Since then, I have bought monster boxes and other amounts of metal from JMB on many, many occasions and have always been impressed with their prices and customer service. I love the fact that I can get the lowest price by sending them a check. I don't like paying $25 at my local bank for a money wire. I also like the fact that the metal is shipped free via the USPS. If I don't happen to be home, I can pick the box up at my local PO. Also, if I am going to be gone and hold my mail, I know the purchase is safe being held at the PO. I have experience with FEDEX and UPS deliveries, it's a hassle to get a missed delivery or set up a special delivery. JMB is fantastic and I will continue to use them. My adult children are also very impressed and pleased with their service.

I have made several small purchases of silver bullion and each order was processed and promptly delivered. Mast last purchase was for a 100 Oz. bar, which was damaged in transit by the carrier. I brought it JM Bullion's attention and they stated that the silver value is not affected but sent me a $5 coupon to use on next purchase. They also filed a formal complaint with UPS because of the handling of my package. The customer service was quick to act and correspond with me and in in my ooh, that's top hat!!! I have no problem placing further orders with.
