I've been to one Worlds Fair, a picnic and a rodeo, and I think JMB is the best. First of all, the prices are as good or better than any available to me. Secondly, free shipping. Thirdly, paper checks. (The latter two save me about $75 every time I place an order.) And I don't have to wait in line at the bank to do a wire. The product comes USPS as fast or faster than any other company. I have been a regular buyer of metals since the nineties. My last two purchases were from JMB and my future purchases will be as well.

I ordered a 500 oz monster box on a Saturday. Wired the money the following Monday morning and received the order two days later on Wednesday. The coins were in a sealed Westpoint US Mint box. I received Email updates letting me know where the shipment was at any given time and when to expect delivery. I couldn't have received better communication or customer service. I was a little apprehensive about the wire transfer but was assured, by phone and a follow up Email that all went well.

Received poor customer service...was told that my merchandise was not in stock but clearly stated on their website that it was...Not received my order yet and could not be told when it would be available.

I'm new to Silver as an investment and Just started this year. I'm the kind of guy the will do my research before putting money on the line. So once I made my mind up to start stacking I had to find a good source. I looked at many on line sites and read many reviews also searched youtube. I picked JM Bullion and have been very, very happy I did. The web site is very user friendly, no minimum orders, free shipping over $100.00. I have found customer service to be quick to respond. I find the prices to be good. The specials are a great deal. The payment options are nice as well. Credit card payment the orders ship super fast but the premium is higher. I love the pay by check option with the best price. Shipping is a little slower but the order status is easily tracked. Not a issue as we all know we are not flipping this stuff we are it for the long hall. I plan to use JM Bullion as my main source for gold and silver.

These 1oz rounds are from the WW !! Engilish ship Wreck in 3 Mile depth. Remelted silver from large silver bars. nice remembrance. Ordered and received within 5 days.

The product itself is great. Shipping was not. I ordered my items on July 3rd and tracking information states it wasn't received by the USPS until July 8th. This was supposed to be shipped Priority Mail, yet not packaged four days later? I understand the issue with the July 4 holiday, however, I did not receive word that the package arrived until 14 days later. The USPS was supposed to collect a signature, but they did not. This is dangerous! I recommend customers upgrade shipping to FED EX and use next day and insure their products. I would not use the USPS again. They are the worst!!! JM Bullion should alert customers that their items won't ship until 4 days following a holiday weekend.

I ordered a tube of philharmonics and a single libertad from JM Bullion. The company was very attentive. Specifically, Rep Alexander who i dealt with this time, who helped with a small special request i had. Order was placed, and cleared for shipping immediately. I am very curious how fast it will get here, as I used a credit card. I recommend this company for middle class investors, as their deal on shipping/low prices are a golden combination. In past i have found them honest and responsible. David PS. order arrived in about 4 days from the time i ordered. well packaged.

Ok, so here is the deal. Most every single thing that JM sells is cheaper than any other website you will find. And thats just the price of items. Couple that with free shipping, this website offers a bargain. This company is legit and you will get what you ordered, however... Don't be shocked when your order doesn't ship, unexpected errors, delays, snarky customer service, unable to change, cancel, locate or track your order. I've ordered from them before and I've learned that the best thing to do is be 100% sure that what you are ordering is what you want! Once you do, put the check in the mail that day then be patient. Bottom line is this, you can pay extra for a smoother process, better shipping, nicer customer service agents and get your stuff fast or you can have more silver and gold; your choice.
