I bought a 100Gms gold bar ,The shipping was super quick , it was shipped within 2 hrs from my deposit into their bank account. Only thing i didnt like was i asked them to do a registered shipping in fedex and i said i will pay for it but they told me they cant do it as the 3rd party insurance will not cover for it. But they had a ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED on the UPS shipment so it worked out for me. I would definitely buy from them again

I ordered 100 oz of silver from JM Bullion on Monday afternoon, had my funds wired on Tuesday morning, and received my silver bars Wednesday afternoon. My first purchase was for an American Gold Eagle. It arrived in a decent amount of time and was extremely well packed. I've recently placed an order for a few more American Silver Eagles. I've found them to be very responsive to email requests and helpful on the phone. Their product line is now expanding and I hope to be able to do more business with them on a monthly basis. They are a reliable company. I have no complaints.

For my very first purchase of silver, UPS actually lost my package and I couldn't BELIEVE my luck. I waited an extra day but the tracking number still said "Out for delivery" and two days came and went. I then called UPS and they said that the shipper had to do a tracer for UPS to try and recover the package. Long story short, I called and left JM Bullion a message (they were closed at that hour) and within 5 minutes the President had already emailed me back saying not to worry, the shipment was insured and they would start the tracer immediately. The next week (as UPS continued to trace the package to no avail) Mike emailed me and said they were going to upgrade my bars to new RCM's (I had ordered mixed-varied) and they were going out for overnight delivery that day. I had them shipped to my office and they arrived the next day, VERY well packaged and in perfect condition. I am extremely happy with the level of service and speed with which my order was processed. JM Bullion now has a customer for life. These guys are great and I can't wait until my next purchase. On a side note, they also had the best prices for silver that I could find. Always bought of APMEX and Monex in the past as they are the largest sites, however I recently came across JM Bullion and found their prices to be a bit cheaper, but the shipping is much cheaper, so overall its quite a saving. Got my item in 3 days and was kept informed by email of the progress of my order.

I finally decided to order precious metals online after shopping locally for years. I had a few discussions via live chat and mulled over my options a bit before making my order. I placed the order online so I didn't work with anyone in particular beyond Brian in shipping (that was my only small note, delivery took a day or two extra), but I am more than pleased with my transaction.

I called around and I just don't understand why these guys are all 5 stars. So I'm putting in my 2 cents. I had some rare coins that my father left me and called them based on these reviews. I did speak with a rep and they seemed friendly. However, even though there sale prices are pretty competitive, their buy back prices were not the best. I'd say they were mediocre at best with buying back coins. Also this system requires me to fill out all the fields instead of just some of them. So I just left 3 stars across the board
