JM Bullion

My experience with JM Bullion, every time I have bought from them, have been extremely pleasurable and easy. They have the best customer service and are available to answer questions every time I call. Or, chat (room) for that matter. My shipments have come pretty much right when they were expected. I have dealt with a few other vendors in the past(won't name names here), but now I only deal with JM Bullion. I have traded with them, sold to them, and bought from them, and each time the process was just as we both agreed upon. That can not be said for other vendors. JM Bullion has improved their entire business model where today, they are tough to beat, and have earned my business as my sole vendor. I have placed 9 orders with them, and have not had even one mishap. I've dealt with the rest, now I buy from the best!

I have ordered Candian maple gold coin on May 31st2013 and received it on Jun15th. No problems with billing or shipping. Got it as promised. But, one thing is it does not comes with Assay. So, dont know the authenticity of the coin. Again, we may need to take it to an appraiser to know that.

I ordered 20 oz silver in late May and received it this week. I really thought this was like ordering stuff from Amazon (like it ships in 24 hours)so I was a little concerned when it dragged on. Once I inquired it shipped a few days later. I suspect most review sites are run by the gold dealers so not sure how accurate they are. I used a credit card so ultimately the charge back ability makes me feel safer. If using a check or wire I would be very concerned given the reviews. I suspect they do arbitrage their position (buy after they get an order and if prices are dropping hold off even longer). Not how a normal business works. Since I did get the silver I would order again but I might also look at purchasing locally if the price were only $1-2 dollars more.

Just got my order in yesterday and placed it on 5/17/13. 1 oz american gold buffalo // 100 oz silver american eagles 20 per tube. Mint condition and packaged very well. I was very skeptical when I would receive my order after reading the other reviews on this site. But much to my surprise they showed up and I could't be happier. If anything I hope this review will give others hope that their order will eventually arrive. The only thing I can think of is they are handling the larger orders first and going down the list. Not the best way to do business but just a guess in any regards.

I placed a small order for 8 ounces (silver). Clearly I wasn't a priority to them. They say they ship within 10-15 business days after payment clears. So here's the story: Payments cleared on May-21. 15 days later on June 4th, I ask them for an update and they told me there were some unexpected delays and it would be sent out in 5 days.Today is June-10. NOTHING! When I ask them AGAIN, what was the hold up, I got the same broken record. "Unexpected delays, 5 more business days." I suspect they're selling inventory they don't really possess.

ordered on 04/17/2013 was told 3 times order would ship by end of week. on 06/03/2013 was told could not fill over half of order i told them to fill what they had send me a full refund for what they could not fill. on 06/07/2013 got partial order and refund check. so we are all square on order . will not order from jm bullion again.

I wanted to post as someone else has below, that I received my items within the time I was told. I am OK with delays if they are posted. I actually got mine ahead of time but felt compelled to counter the below reviews given my experience.

I was surprised to read a few unfavorable reviews of JM Bullion on this site, so I figured it might be constructive to share my experiences and offer some suggestions for folks who are buying precious metals from JM Bullion or elsewhere. I have placed ten orders for gold bars and coins from JM Bullion worth approximately $500,000 during the past several months. Their deliveries have always been prompt, and their customer service has been excellent. Once, JMB's wholesaler shipped me the wrong product, but JMB immediately fixed the problem. Regardless of where you buy bullion, I would recommend the following: 1) Before placing a bullion order, confirm with the dealer by phone, email or online chat FIRST THING in the morning that the exact product you want to order is in stock and available to be shipped that same day (or next day at the absolute latest). If the product is not available for immediate shipment, do not place the order. 2) Place all orders FIRST THING in the morning, so that you have enough time to complete your wire transfer and JMB has enough time after receiving your wire transfer to prepare the shipment before the UPS deadline that same day. 3) Pay by WIRE TRANSFER ONLY. Do not mail a check. Place the wire transfer order with your bank immediately after placing your bullion order. Tell your bank it is a rush. Using the methodology above, I have always received my bullion within 24-48 hours after placing the order with JMB. I hope that helps.
