Total screw up. Half my order is missing, they didn’t personally deliver to the designated person, the small portion that was delivered was given to an unknown person (to them). I’m shocked and appalled at their indifference to the instructions I gave them! I have dealt with Sprott before, with excellent results, but given this multi-factor screwup, never again

Never a problem. Delivery in a reasonable time. Third time I have ordered and always a pleasant experience.

It is a privilege to engage the services of Sprott Money. Customer service including sales and logistics and admin are very strong. I will continue in the future as I have in the past to highly recommend Sprott Money to anybody with an interest in precious metals investing.

These guys are wonderful to deal with, especially helpful with my TD Canada Trust's shenanigans regarding online bill payment to Sprott. I am grateful for the Sprott "Insights" at their website (thank you Craig Hemke!), and I respect Eric Sprott's leadership in funding premier junior miners in the precious metals space. Sprott also matches price when other dealers have sales, in my experience. Just top notch all around. Order processing / shipping times sometimes has minor delayed by my bank's passive-aggressive behaviour.

Good Morning, Another good experience with Sprott. I would like to make a suggestion however. I placed an order recently and after placing the order called your office and asked if the order could be shipped via Canada Post. Your courteous staff assured me that the order would indeed be shipped that way. I did this because the website does not specifically allow one to choose the shipping method (??) And so the order came Fedex anyway. And it came very quickly..but......... Please fix this problem. Add a choice of delivery method on the otherwise good web order page and follow through on the choice made. Normal working commitments means that someone being home to receive Fedex is a 50/50 crap shoot. Sooner or later we will not be able to receive your orders via Fedex. I noticed that other (potential?) customers have had this same problem on this review site....

I never received anything. To save money they use Fedex and because of that, they required my presence at my home even if I signed a waiver they provided but even with that (Fedex guy put a X on my signature), they do not leave the package at my place. I called fedex and the only option is to travel one hour drive to get their drop place. This is bullshit. I will not travel 2 hours for a 200 $ coin, my time worth more than that. If it was Purolator or Canada post, in will be delivered in my mailbox or at last at the local pharmacy.

All is known in comparison. One year ago I purchased precious metal from a large Canadian bank. It took months and a lot of wrangling to receive my order. It was a real pain. Most unpleasant. With Sprott I received my order within days of placing the order with very friendly and efficient service. I remain quite impressed with the quality of the goods and the overall experience. Eric Sprott can sleep like a baby knowing his firm performed admirably.

I've bought periodiically from Sprott Money since 2016. Payment options are convenient and shipping from Toronto to B.C. has never exceeded one week. Have used their services many times and plan to do so in the future.
