Sprott is a great company with prompt service and reasonable prices. Due to the Covid-19 lock-downs it took over 3 months to receive my order. Sprott protected me by refusing to ship until the delivery company would guarantee insurance and require a signature on delivery. Sprott is a PM dealer of quality and character, attributes vital to maintain confidence and trust in what can be a shady industry at times. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy PM. I've ordered from Sprott several times over the past decade. Never had any issue. Customer service is excellent. Website easy to navigate. Precious metals always delivered when promised and in perfect condition. And pricing is very competitive. Sprott also shows that they appreciate your business. One time, they sent me a free one ounce silver round just to say thank-you for my business. It's not often that you'll find a company that will do this. In fact, I can't recall a single time where a business sent me free product just to say thank-you.

I have dealt with Sprott several times and always receive excellent service, they are very professional with very prompt shipping, received my order in 3 days. I particularly like the very discreet shipping packaging. I would highly recommend them.

It is apparent that this dealer does NOT have sufficient staff to handle their client load in a timely manner! Also, their administrative procedures are not well defined, and their forms are far from user friendly, as well as not having ANY guidelines or directions concerning how to fill them out. I was due a payment of almost mid-5 digits, and it took them a full 5 business days to get the payment into my bank account. We all know the time/value of money, and it looks to me like they hang on to their money as long as they can! In all fairness, I would say that if I were running their operation, that's EXACTLY what I would do, but being on the other side of the fence, such practices are NOT appreciated!
