Customer Service is the WORST!!! transaction is the WORST!!!

1 week of total aggravation trying to purchase. had to set up new account. try AGAIN. order doesnt go through and that cost me $200 in increased price. this is the 2nd time the order did NOT process correctly. Called 4x and got totally arrogant representative and even worse supervisor.

The website is Norton secured and McAfee secured and the business is A+ by BBB.
I've personally had multiple flawless transactions on the website. So. Is it possible that the person's computer or internet could be at fault.
